The Recruiter is a vital member of the Workforce Management Team and will collaborate with a diverse range of clients. The Customer Service Representative/Recruiter will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions at the client's company or organization.

Responsibilities
Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
Act as a partner and consultant to the hiring managers, ensuring excellent client delivery.
Screens candidates, selects qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connects viable candidates with clients or hiring managers.
Accounts for all aspects of relevant documentation and tracking detail in accordance with client needs.
Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful.
Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs.
Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
Guides and prepares candidates on the interview and hiring process.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Strong ability to screen and interview candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeline.

Responsibilities
Mentor Eligibility Specialists staff
Travel to DFR offices within the Region as scheduled/needed (daily/weekly travel)
Support and coach ALL Eligibility Specialist staff
Ensure policies and procedures are followed as instructed by DFR Local Office Management
Instruct and implement procedural changes from management
Submit daily and weekly reporting of activities conducted while assisting Eligibility Specialist staff
Provides further direction and ongoing training to Eligibility Specialist staff
Provide training support for case reviews for Eligibility Specialist staff
Provide coaching for QA scorecards
Production support provided as needed
Qualifications
Eligibility Specialist experience is required
Highly organized and analytical
Able to provide clear and concise direction
Leadership skills
Patience in working with others
Strong written and verbal skills
Solid computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Independent worker who is a self-starter
Strong customer service background
Prefer a Bachelor or Associate degrees in Counseling or Social Services, but High School Diploma or GED required

Eligibility Specialists gather data for all relevant assistance programs either face-to-face or via phone with clients
Verify all information is gathered accurately and meets state policies
Obtain release forms and medical records as needed
Verify income, assets, and other financial / legal documents
Review regulations and program requirements with clients
Utilize automated program to determine eligibility of state assistance programs
Data entry into state database
Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner via phone or email
Qualifications
Highly organized and analytical team player
Previous Case Manager experience is a plus
Strong written and verbal skills
Solid computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong oral and written communication skills
Basic math skills
Case management skills
Independent worker who is a self-starter that is reliable and dependable
Strong customer service background with a professional demeanor
Prefer a Bachelor or Associate degree in Counseling or Social Services, but High School Diploma or GED required
2 years' experience in a social service environment, state or local government is desired pertaining to employment / training programs
Previous experience as a Case Manager, Eligibility Specialist, Eligibility Associate, Office Manager, Call Center Customer Service Specialist, or Client Specialist encouraged to apply
The Eligibility Specialist position is an opportunity where you can make an immediate impact on your community, plus the potential for promotion. This role offers paid time off, benefits, and a 37.5 hour work week of Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
