The Recruiter is a vital member of the Workforce Management Team and will collaborate with a diverse range of clients. The Customer Service Representative/Recruiter will identify, recruit, and screen potential employees for specific positions at the client's company or organization. Responsibilities Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process. Act as a partner and consultant to the hiring managers, ensuring excellent client delivery. Accounts for all aspects of relevant documentation and tracking detail in accordance with client needs. Follows up with clients or hiring managers after the interview process to determine whether a placement can be made; collects feedback when placement is unsuccessful. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization's needs. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes. Guides and prepares candidates on the interview and hiring process. This role will work 100% onsite in downtown Indianapolis Work schedule is Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm Pay range - $31.83 - $36.00/hr Responsibilities Lead Data Governance/Quality Specialist Overview: • The Data Governance/Quality Specialist is responsible for supporting development and governance of the information management program including the Data Governance Charter, Strategy, and creation and maintenance of data related policies. • This role provides leadership for INPRS' focus on governing our data as an asset. • They are responsible for the development of data policies and procedures and will work closely with other business divisions to collect, prepare, organize, and analyze data assets. • This position will also support the data quality program and creation of data quality scorecards and KPIs.
