Batching OperatorThis position is responsible for batching activities as required by production demand; ensuring the shift meets established safety, quality, and production goals in compliance with all applicable legal and food safety requirements. The Production Supervisor will be self-motivated with a strong background in production supervision within a fast-paced production environment where they have had responsibility for production, quality, performance management, employee relations, recruitment & selection, and health & safety. You will be responsible for the unit management of all aspects of production; personnel under the general supervision of the Production Manager.
