Manage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.). Ensure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well. Own and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision. Ensure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with Smoothie King brand standards. Drive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring team to meet operational standards. Develop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including initiating community outreach through marketing and special events.
