What You'll Do
* Provide administrative support to the Los Angeles Creative Synch team, including:
* Managing calendars and scheduling for the SVP of Global Creative Synch, SVP Creative Synch LA, and the North American Creative Synch team meetings
* Coordinating meetings, guest visits, and internal team sessions in the Los Angeles office
* Taking, organizing, and distributing meeting notes when required
* Manage and maintain Creative Synch operational assets, including:
* Organizing and maintaining global team assets and shared resources
* Managing the synch contacts database
* Supporting the management, organization, and delivery of audio assets for the Creative Synch team, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of internal and external requests
* Track and coordinate client-facing activity:
* Manage tour schedules, event invitations, ticketing, and RSVPs for assigned markets, including the West Coast

Receives all product for Coast Village and San Ysidro locations
Delivers San Ysidro product receipts bi-weekly to boutique
Implements BOH tasks including but not limited to receiving, RTV's, markdowns, management of dry cleaning and repair styles and preparation of all outgoing shipments
Vigilant in resolving known inventory discrepancies and root cause
Maintains accurate inventory records by conducting regular audits to ensure stock levels are correct
Organizes and optimizes stockroom's layout to maximize efficiency and accessibility
Monitors shipping-supply levels, taking initiative to place reorders as needed
Utilizes best practices and safety protocols for completing stockroom procedures

The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $90,400 to $118,700 per year.
