The compensation is good if you are new but if you have been there for awhile they stop giving you good raises. They want everyone to make the same even if they aren't doing the work that they should be doing.

The demographics are good. They hire all types of people. They especially hire single mothers, criminals, and illegal immigrants They want you to think it's because they want to support these people but in reality it's a tax write off.
