What You Will Do Proactively manage senior leaders' calendars, prioritizing time according to strategic goals and resolving scheduling conflicts. Plan and coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, ground transportation, hotels, visas, and passports. Prepare and reconcile expense reports, purchase orders, and purchasing card statements in a timely manner. Organize and manage leadership meetings, large events, and all-hands sessions, including agenda preparation and follow-up on action items. Coordinate meeting logistics such as room setup, catering, and technology platforms (e.g., Teams Live Events). Manage email correspondence and professional communications on behalf of leaders, supporting internal and external messaging. Act as a liaison and first point of contact for senior leaders, representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion. Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate problem-solving and coordination. Maintain email distribution lists and assist in executing communication strategies across the organization. Handle general office management tasks such as visitor badges, security passes, and facility coordination for Wichita-based leaders. Continuously learn and adapt to new communication tools and platforms to enhance leadership support.
