There is no pros
Under payed, management needs to change they run it like it's there own piggy bank for there self's and they can do it without getting cought someone needs to go to prison not jail I'm so sick of it and it need to change
Never meet the CEO but boy would I love to
Treat everyone with respect and treat every equal and watch what happens to the environment you would be surprised how things can get done without getting belittled

the pay was amazing for the work I had to do
There wasn't enough hours and I wasn't getting any overtime
I was always payed on time
The hours. Easy to get on 1st shift as new hire. Most places coming in start you on 3rd shift because the older or more senior employees have all taken those positions...also believe this is due to the extremely high turnover rate. The place is a revolving door, people don't stay long because they aren't making money there.
Too strict, too hard on employees for the low wage they pay. The pay they offer is just enough to get by, sadly that money...a big portion is taken for your benefits.
I don't have one. I'm waiting for the coronavirus passes so I too can move on to something better. Like I said the place is a revolving door.
