Job Description
The Middle Office team performs trade support activities required by our hedge fund and private equity client base. Job Description
A Private Equity Director will be required to manage the closed end fund accounting process within the guidelines and procedures provided by HedgeServ and under the supervision and guidance of a Private Equity Managing Director. Key Responsibilities:
Drive Enterprise Cloud Adoption Execution:

Required Qualifications:
15+ years of experience in technology or transformation leadership, with a minimum of 5 years specifically focused on Public Cloud.
Demonstrated success in executing complex, global technology programs within highly regulated environments.
Deep understanding of leading Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application delivery patterns.
Strong financial and business acumen, coupled with extensive experience in developing and presenting compelling business cases to senior executives.

Job Description
A Fund Accounting Manager will be required to manage the overall NAV calculation process within the guidelines and procedures provided by HedgeServ and under the supervision and guidance of a Fund Accounting Director and Managing Director. They will ensure the timely and accurate delivery of NAV calculations. They will assist in the development of client relationships and will require a detailed understanding of the service requirements for Hedge Fund Administration. Every Fund Accounting Manager will receive the requisite Induction Training in addition to both compulsory training (AML/KYC) and optional training. Additional client-specific training is provided by the Director and Managing Director.
This role will be hybrid in Dallas, TX. Visa sponsorship will not be offered at this time.
Responsibilities

Review fee calculations and profit and loss allocations.
Review applicable monthly, yearly and inception to date performance.
Manage the audit process ensuring timely and successful completion of fund audits including preparation of fund financial statements.
Investigate accounting implications of new products.
Manage and complete client initialization and transition
Participate in development and presentation of fund accounting training.
Manage fund accounting recruitment, training and performance evaluations.
Resolve exceptional problems and take on special projects or tasks as assigned.
Handle complex calls from clients.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the Investor Services, Quality Assurance, Client Servicing and Compliance departments within HedgeServ.

Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Dev Support Lead Analyst / Technical program manager to join our Banking Operations Delivery Management team. **Responsibilities:**

+ Activities will include independently processing and closing loans within a complex loan operations environment.
+ Involves in providing day-to-day loan transactional processing which may include booking cash transactions and making payments, performing loan reconciliations, input of general ledger entries and (complex) calculations

Citi continues to enhance its business control and governance framework by building out Institutional Credit Management (ICM), a first line of defense business line, to house and consistently manage credit risk activities performed for Citi's institutional clients. ICM's objective is to provide integrated end-to-end credit underwriting, identification, measurement, management, and monitoring for wholesale credit across the enterprise. Within ICM, the Credit Underwriting function ("ICM UW" or "UW") provides credit analysis, underwriting, and first line of defense credit approval for periodic / material transaction reviews, and any necessary subsequent credit monitoring across all institutional business including Corporate Banking, Services, and Markets relationships.
ICM UW is an integral part of the Institutional Credit Management ("ICM") organization. The group's mandate is to deliver best-in-class credit risk analysis, monitoring and credit administration acting as a partner to Banking & International Risk and Corporate Banking to execute our shared commitment to ensuring the safety and soundness of wholesale lending across Client Organization.
ICM UW Analysis Credit Risk Senior Analysts are responsible for a portfolio of relationships, owning the credit risk analysis for those relationships, and being responsible for the continuous monitoring of that portfolio. That includes the production of annual reviews, quarterly reviews, and the support to ad-hoc transactions and portfolio & industry reviews and stress testing.
A Credit Risk Senior Analyst is expected to have a strong understanding of credit risk, of Citi´s internal policies and procedures, and of being relatively knowledgeable about the industry fundamentals that portfolio belongs to. They should need some supervision from their respective Underwriters, especially on more sensitive and complex credit situations, and be able to carry thoughtful conversations with partners.
This role has responsibility for the North America Industrials portfolio and the role reports directly to the Industrials Underwriting Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assess the credit and financial strength of Citi's Large Corporate, Public Sector, and Financial Institutions Clients by performing fundamental credit analysis of counterparties using both quantitative and qualitative factors
· Complete Credit Approval Memos (CAMs) and Final Obligor Risk Ratings (FORR) of Citi's Counterparties based on independent assessment and judgement; completed based on the due diligence of the client and industry knowledge to provide appropriate extensions of credit remaining within Citi's risk appetite
· Continuous monitoring of the covered portfolio, including following industry trends, impacts to key relationships, and escalation of potential credit issues to Team Leads, senior management, and business partners
· Partnership with applicable regional and industry stakeholders in in the implementation of credit assessment and monitoring standards for applicable portfolios
· Support ICM Risk Analysis Voice of the Employee (VOE) initiatives
· Travel (less than 10%)
