Your Job Our Optical Solutions team located in Fremont, CA is looking for a Hardware Engineering Manager to Lead and manage the electrical engineering team within Molex's Optical Solutions Business Unit. Our team of Hardware Engineers are focused on delivering high-speed electrical design for advanced optical interconnect products. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver cutting-edge solutions for hyperscale data centers and next-generation optical networking systems. The Manager will have oversight of teams in two geographic locations and work closely with our global engineering and manufacturing teams.

What You Will Do
* Manage and mentor electrical engineers; set goals and drive performance.
* Oversee electrical design for optical modules, backplanes, line cards and optical interconnect systems.
* Ensure compliance with Molex quality standards and industry certifications.
* Drive signal integrity, power integrity, and EMI/EMC compliance.
* Collaborate with optical, mechanical, and manufacturing teams for NPI and production.
* Interface with customers and vendors for technical discussions and component selection.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
* Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
* 8+ years in electrical hardware design, including 3+ years in leadership.
* Expertise in high-speed PCB design, SI/PI analysis, and simulation tools (HFSS, SI/PI).
* Familiarity with IEEE 802.3 ethernet, PCIe, I2C, SPI, OIF standards.
What Will Put You Ahead
* Masters degree in Electrical Engineering
* Experience with networking hardware, optical transceivers, or optical line cards.
* Project management experience.
* Knowledge of FPGA logic design and release.
* Knowledge of thermal management and packaging for high-speed systems.
For this role, we anticipate paying $175,0000 - $225,000 per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of a bachelor's degree or relevant military experience at or above a U.S. E5 ranking or Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class or Sergeant.
6+ years of maintenance, engineering, manufacturing or related experience.
Demonstrated leadership abilities (leading a project or initiative, mentoring, etc).

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated credit professional to join the NAM CLM Digital Tech & Comms team.
The CLM Analyst facilitates the end-to-end lending process for a covered industry vertical directly supporting the responsible Credit Officer. CLM is essential for the delivery of a wide range of financial solutions to Citi CCB clients, working in direct partnership with Relationship Managers and Independent Risk, to execute on the firm's and client's business objectives. This can include working capital solutions, term loans and M&A financing, treasury and liquidity management services, foreign exchange, trade finance and interest rate derivatives. The primary responsibilities of CLM include credit underwriting, due diligence, structuring and documentation, and portfolio monitoring. As part of the business and in direct partnership with relationship coverage bankers, CLM teams provide thorough, objective analysis of the financial condition and credit worthiness of borrowers, including prevailing covered industry sector and product/market conditions, as well as the appropriate credit structure based on various risk considerations.
The CLM Analyst is responsible for supporting the underwriting and monitoring of a material amount of credit risk associated with capital deployed across a variety of lending products appropriate for commercial banking relationships. The CLM Analyst provides critical support with driving internal analytical work product that serves to underpin credit approval decisions and maintains ongoing credit oversight of the lending portfolio relationships through quarterly and/or annual reviews along with covenant and other reporting monitoring, as applicable. The assigned industry/specialty vertical requires developing knowledge of the unique sector/product drivers and key performance indicators to make well-informed credit underwriting decisions and proactively manage the portfolio based on a dynamic environment. The CLM Analyst assists with the production of sector and sub-segment insights for key internal and external stakeholders and develops the credit-specific risk assessments on new originations and portfolio requests.
The CLM Analyst role also requires the individual to develop an understanding of various Citi and CCB-specific credit policies, processes, and procedures, and how to apply these concepts consistently in practice, including ensuring the portfolio is appropriately risk-rated and classified, properly secured (if applicable) and that early warning signs are established and proactively addressed. CLM represents a critical “first line of defense” control function for the bank, ensuring the CCB's credit process is conducted in accordance with all internal and regulatory frameworks, and is responsive to relevant inquiries.

You must hold a current USCG Merchant Mariner Credentials, STCW 95 endorsements (Basic Training and VPDSD endorsement), valid USCG/STCW medical certificate, valid passport, and Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
The general guideline for vessel assignment length is 90 days for unlicensed personnel. Vacation will accrue at 25 days for each 30 days of work.

**Key Job Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:**
+ Performs manual tasks in the Deck and Steward's Departments
+ Wipes up excess oils and greases and otherwise cleans machinery, bilges, grating, decks, bulkheads and vessel's hull.
+ Cleans, chips, scales, washes paint, paints, polishes and performs other maintenance work as directed by the ship's officers.
+ Assists in the loading, unloading, stowing and inventory of stores, materials and equipment's.
+ As a member of the deck, assists in handling docking and mooring lines and wires, connecting and disconnecting cargo hoses.
+ Performs general housekeeping work in deck and storage areas.
**Safety:**
+ Active and positive participant in monthly safety meeting.
+ Points out unsafe acts or conditions to everyone on board.
+ Stops work if unsafe conditions or practices are uncovered.
+ Able to participate in an Emergency Response team.
