What You Will Do Some core responsibilities for a Surveyor include: * Measure distances and angles between points on, above, and below the Earth's surface * Use known reference points to determine the exact location of important features * Look for evidence of previous boundaries to determine where boundary lines are located * Record the results of surveying and verify the accuracy of the data * Read and interpret schematic/blueprints We expect all field employees to: * Actively participate in a strong safety culture * Recognize safety hazards and risks * Participate in onsite safety meetings * Follow OPD and client safety policies and procedures * Be aware of changing conditions on an active jobsite * Be on time to the jobsite each day ready for work * Display a positive attitude and be able to work in a team environment * High attention to detail to avoid reworks and errors Some physical demands of being a Surveyor include: * Capable of working in outdoor weather and environmental conditions including extreme heat and humidity, extreme cold, and high elevations. * Lifting and carrying awkward objects up to 60 lbs * Standing for extended periods of time up to 11 hours per day. * Moving the entire body. Considerable use of arms, legs, climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, crawling, twisting, reaching, and bending on a regular basis. * Must be able to work on elevated platforms and maintain balance when stepping on narrow platforms such as beams and pipes. Job Summary Alaska Overview The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas. Alaska operations contributed 14 percent of our consolidated liquids production and two percent of our consolidated natural gas production. Position Overview Willow Overview Located on Alaska's North Slope in the National Petroleum Reserve (NPR-A), the Willow project is estimated to produce 180,000 barrels of oil per day at its peak. During construction, Willow is expected to create around 2,500 jobs, with a majority of labor provided by union workers. The development is estimated to create approximately 300 permanent jobs. The economic impact of the Willow project will be sizable. According to the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) estimates, Willow could generate between $8 billion and $17 billion in new revenue for the federal government, the state of Alaska, the North Slope Borough, and local communities. The initial phase of Willow development will include a new Willow Central Processing Facility, three drill sites, pipelines, roads, bridges, and supporting infrastructure. Scope Summary The Willow project is spread over several phases and areas. 2023 - 2025 - Detailed Design 2023 - 2024 - Willow Operations Center Fabrication 2025 - 2027 - Willow Operations Center North Slope Installation and Commissioning 2025 - 2027 - Willow Central Processing Facility / Drill Site Sealift Module Fabrication 2027 - 2029 - Willow Central Processing Facility / Drill Site North Slope Installation and Commissioning Willow will be a greenfield design including all processing facilities, utilities, drilling equipment, camp, and power generation. Description ConocoPhillips is hiring a Willow Operations Representative with a strong understanding of North Slope production facility, drillsite and pipeline operations, maintenance and interplay between other infrastructure on the North Slope. This position will benefit from an understanding of trade-offs between major project capital expenditure and future operations and maintenance constraints and costs, particularly in the current project "execute" phase where changes to facility design and equipment are increasingly difficult to accommodate. The Willow Operations Representative will report, as part of the team of O&M representatives, to the Willow Operations Rep Team Lead, and is intended to transition into the long-term Willow O&M organization during mobilization to the North Slope for final commissioning and startup of full-field operations. As part of the Willow Asset Team, the Willow Operations Representative will represent the needs of the future Willow O&M Organization within the project team, with specific focus on fabrication, commissioning and overall delivery of the Willow Central Facility (WCF) and Drillsites (BT1/2/3). Selected individual(s) will be expected to take an active, hands-on role in mechanical completion and commissioning in the fabrication yard and on the North Slope, regularly receiving tactical work direction from the construction and commissioning teams. Additional responsibilities include supporting Willow Operations Readiness planning and task leadership and execution, and North Slope drilling, completions and well delivery support. Willow O&M representatives are expected to work closely with the project team, North Slope Operations (NSO), Drilling & Wells team and corporate and global peers, providing opportunity to expand the individual's leadership skills, professional network, ability to work cross-functionally, and communicate effectively. Job Summary The Legal Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing and coordinating administrative support to an assigned team of multiple managers, 15 attorneys and/or legal specialists in the ConocoPhillips Legal Department. This role will be preparing and revising legal agreements under lawyer's supervision as well as clean up large contracts using MS word styles and will need to fix corrupted internal coding and cross referencing. Position Overview Your responsibilities may include: Managing attorney schedules and updating calendars Meeting, planning and scheduling conference rooms, caterings and teleconferences, etc. Coordinating and facilitating meetings Preparing and revising legal correspondence Developing and/or maintaining legal files, records and documents in electronic and/or paper format Copying and scanning documents Coordinating travel arrangements Preparing and processing travel and expense reports Serve as an ambassador of ConocoPhillips Legal Department through managing incoming telephone calls, emails and/or instant messaging appropriately and professionally Receiving, processing and distributing incoming/outgoing mail and facsimile transmissions Other administrative duties as assigned by the legal work team and supervisor Basic/Required: Legally authorized to work in the United States 7 or more years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant Intermediate level of knowledge in MS O365 applications: Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Teams Preferred: Intermediate level of proficiency of legal terminology and procedures associated with litigation, in particular the discovery process Able to work with highly sensitive documents with a strong commitment to confidentiality, meticulous attention to detail, and adherence to strict security protocols Must be flexible and willing to assist with a variety of administrative tasks Highly developed interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt quickly to change Have an understanding, and ability to process transactional documents Must be customer focused and service-oriented Ability to work effectively in a team environment Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering results while maintaining a safe environment Takes ownership of actions and follows through on commitments by holding others accountable and standing up for what's right Delivers results through realistic planning to accomplish goals Listens actively and invites new ideas for shared understanding, then influences and acts to drive positive performance and achieve results Builds effective solutions based on available information and makes timely decisions that are safe and ethical Apply By: Feb 3, 2026 Sponsorship: ConocoPhillips' sponsorship for employment authorization in the U.S. is NOT available for this position.
