Since 1986, Koeller Nebeker Carlson Haluck, LLP has enjoyed enduring relationships with our clients.
The firm has expanded rapidly since its inception in 1986 and has formed a dynamic presence in California (Irvine, San Diego, and Sacramento), Arizona (Phoenix), Nevada (Las Vegas) , Florida (Orlando) & Texas (Austin).
As the firm grew, William Nebeker moved from Arizona in 1987 to manage the San Diego team.
In 1988, San Diego hosted its first Super Bowl and America’s Cup Yacht race.
Robert Carlson joined the San Diego team in 1990.
Partner William Nebeker relocated back to his roots in Arizona to open the firm’s Phoenix office in 1996.
Partner Megan Dorsey relocated from our San Diego office to open and manage the firm’s Las Vegas office in 2000.
In February of 2005, the firm opened its Sacramento office under the leadership of partner Jerry Satran.
KNCH opened its office in Orlando, in January 2013, under the leadership of partners Ian Gillan, formerly of the Las Vegas office, and partner Chad Dunigan, who relocated from our Sacramento office.
Under the leadership of partner John Donovan, previously located in the firm’s Orange County office, our Austin office opened in 2015 and serves the needs of its clients in the Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio areas.
In September 2018, the firm expanded into Miami, the office is managed by partners, Chad Dunigan and Ian Gillan.
The Jacksonville office opened in March of 2022 to meet the needs of our clients and provide legal services for the entire state.
