They are really inclusive everybody seems very happy and friendly and gets along well they do a lot of things for their employees and they work with you on your schedule I screwed up by not keeping that job

I didn't like the fact that everything was so automated anything that you needed if you needed help it they sent you to a computer or a website and you had 10 different websites to check everything and it was just it was a lot some days you just wanted to speak to your manager or a person who could explain something to you

Pay sucks. Understaffed/Overworked. New phone system w/zoom + zebra is horrible, we are too understaffed for it to work. In-store changes are made without surveying relevant employees.

I really liked the management. They always had my back when dealing with difficult customers, and training with them reduced anxiety. If I got something wrong, a lot of people would get upset, but they gently guided me in the right direction with an "It's okay that you're still learning" mindset. I also loved the diverse environment. Kohl's is a place of total inclusion.

It is really difficult to climb the ladder at Kohl's. I asked several times to be trained in different areas so that I might be considered for a promotion in the future, and I was never given the hours. I loved working there, but there was only enough room for one or two people to really succeed at a time.

For how easy the majority of jobs/roles for warehouse floor workers are, the compensation is fair.

I am the service desk coordinator at TjMaxx, our return policy is pretty lenient as well, but my managers would never accept a bag of vomit, or things that have been clearly worn more than once. Every time we refuse something, the customer usually says "Well Khol's has a better return policy." I usually say, "well return them to Khol's then." I apologize!

You're fine haha! I wish I didn't have to return them, it's absolutely disgusting. People need to learn some manners.

Have you ever found any evidence of dressing rooms being used for anything besides dressing rooms?

Yes. The best story I have is a customer came to the service desk claiming there was a couple "turning favors" in the Juniors dressing room. As the manager walked over, a couple exited the fitting rooms. They both looked as they had both gotten dressed very quickly and the girl was sobbing. When the manager entered the fitting room she found there was vomit on the floor. The best we can figure is she was giving him a ***, chocked, and vomited on his penis.
