There is a yearly fee for these subscriptions, so this data needs to remain accurate. Responsible for security access for all users of the Marine Dealer portal. This is a secured Kohler Portal that is used by dealers and Direct Dealers and houses all the Sales information they need to sell and service our Marine products. In addition, the Direct Dealers can enter their Marine product and aftermarket parts orders on this site. Manage all KPS customer changes with Corporate Communications for the Sales and Service locator tools on our public websites on a regular basis. This is an essential task for our customer support and lead practices. Create and maintain email lists for distributors and dealers in the CRM and Salesforce systems. Maintain distributor email addresses in the Global Address list. Adding new emails and deleting old ones. Assist in implementing customer relationship management processes within Kohler Power Systems. Adding new and maintaining existing attributes in CRM for segmentation of our customer and channel partner data. Selected Equipment Operators- Operate sewer/pipeline cleaning equipment, pipeline video equipment and pressure washers. This work will include all process lines, sanitary and storm sewers. This work will only be done by personnel properly trained to do this type of work. Prepares samples, operates laboratory equipment, and performs tests to verify product quality. Maintains test records and assures data accuracy. Monitors environmental control systems, adjusts as necessary, reports upsets and assists with containment. Troubleshoots and resolves routine equipment problems. Coordinates with maintenance, instrument technicians, and environmental engineering to troubleshoot and repair equipment. Determines possible solutions to process control issues and presents recommendations to management. Recommends and participates in department improvement activities related to safety, equipment reliability, cost of operations, quality, and sustainability. Reviews and updates standard operating procedures for area of responsibility. Maintains organization and cleanliness of work areas, performs routine cleaning of instrumented equipment. Coordinates work of hourly associates to meet production requirements in absence of supervision. Actively communicates to peers, team members, engineers and management on a routine basis. Practices and follows all safety regulations as required. Skills/Requirements HS Diploma required; training from technical school or professional/trade association preferred.
