Specific Job Content

* This specific job requires the project management of $1 million plus IT systems implementations. Most of Kohler Co. IT's implementations are based on SAP and require the project manager to have experience in leading implementations that are business process focused and have team sizes of 50 plus (inclusive of business and IT resources).
* The Project Manager must have leadership skills to manage upwardly to senior executives as well as motivate core team members.
* Demonstrated usage of a project methodology based on the project management body of knowledge (PMBOK) from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and Agile experience is a significant plus.
* This position requires up to 25% international and US domestic travel per year, depending upon project location and project timeline.
* Lead or act as a key contributor to Change Management, Performance Management and Release Management processes.
* Facilitate the translation of business needs into technical solutions using judgment to suggest approaches that optimize among customer needs, business constraints, and technological realities.

Skills/Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain or related field required
