Specific responsibilities of a Spa Attendant include:
* Supporting the cleanliness and maintenance of the Kohler Waters Spa facility and equipment
* Attending to the desk to accommodate client check-in for sandals, robes and lockers
* Maintaining neatness and order around the Spa Relaxation Pool lounge area
* Assisting Group Coordinator with setup tasks involving special group requirements
* Consistently maintaining cleanliness of desk, reception area, retail centers, and flooring
* Being responsible for knowing and performing proper opening/closing procedures
* Assisting spa technicians with locating guests, giving messages or communicating guest's needs
* Maintaining a high level of customer service for all spa guests
This is a part time position, working weekdays & weekends with shifts between 8:00am and 9:00pm.

Job Description
The Senior Demand Planner will be responsible for managing the forecast for a defined set of products and customers and aggregating up to the Business and Channel level. This position will develop volume and gross sales forecasts using analytical and collaborative techniques. Lead discussions at various points in the Sales and Operations Planning process. Responsible for managing high volume, key account forecasts and presenting those forecasts during the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process
Manage promotion and event forecasts for assigned accounts as well as timing expectations with customers and internal stakeholders
Responsible for driving forecasting engagement and collaboration with the Business Units through S&OP processes as well as Annual Operating Plan for assigned accounts
Achieve forecast accuracy targets for assigned categories, and conduct analysis to improve forecast performance

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, or Business related discipline is required
7+ years of experience in Finance, Marketing and/or Business is required which includes a minimum of 5 years in Marketing, Sales, Pricing or Finance-related pricing. 10+ years of experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills with experience presenting and translating data into decision-ready insights is required
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate in a team environment

**Financial Modeling** : Showcase an ability to independently build complex financial and valuation models, with informed assumptions, and communicate strategic implications to senior colleagues. Demonstrate mastery of (i) valuation techniques, including, but not limited to, discounted cash flows, public comparables, precedent M&A, leveraged buyouts, analysis at various prices, and sum-of-the-parts, as well as (ii) transaction math concepts, including, but not limited to, synergy assessments, pro forma ROIC, and earnings accretion/dilution. Reliably troubleshoot and enhance others' (i.e., advisors', Analysts') models under time pressure.

Financial Modeling: Showcase an ability to independently build complex financial and valuation models, with informed assumptions, and communicate strategic implications to senior colleagues. * Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois requirement
* Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
* Perform special event treatments which can be held at various locations such as golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc. This would also include special events being hosted at the spa such as Spaliday. These services would be secondary to the positions primary function.
* Perform any other duties as assigned
Skills/Requirements
* Current and valid State license required
* 1-2 years of experience in license field required, supervisory experience highly preferred
* High school diploma or GED required.
* Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis.
* Acts as Lead in respective area within Kohler Waters Spa
* Participates in new hire service training and/or mentoring
* Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs)
* Follows Forbes standards and others put in place by Kohler Waters Spa
* Prior experience in a spa environment required.
* Computer knowledge/experience helpful
* Ideal candidate possesses strong, effective communication skills and the ability to work with a wide variety of personalities
* Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays strongly preferred
