Take home truck but forced to due after hours work
Micromanaging, no truck materials to complete simple tasks, homeowners get mad at the tech, it not their fault. Arrogance of management with condescending attitude towards field staff , no advance in company

Not impressed, all talk no action, out of touch with what goes on at the job, the main Fredrick office where the main managers are for all offices are narcissist
Get rid of the us and then attitude meaning management needs to treat the labor force that brings in the money for the company which enables managers to get a paycheck, Treat field workers with more respect
Just scheduled an interview
Average pay nothing special, raises are few and far between, and are very slight , maybe make a $20 difference on your pay check
All the Caucasian people work in the main office including field workers in the more affluent areas, All if only very few Afro Americans are sent to the Baltimore office in the less affluent areas
