The Journeyman should be a outside linemen, inside wiremen, installer technician, electrician, or Master Electrician who has been engaged at the trade for at least five (5) years. Supervision and Direction: The Maintenance Person is responsible for operating and maintaining electrical and mechanical equipment used to provide heating and hot water for the property, assuming the provision and maintenance of efficient building heat and air-conditioning functions including safety, maintenance, repairs, and other related services. Requirements
Senior Maintenance Technician job responsibilities include:
Take the lead role in troubleshooting, making adjustments to control systems, and ensuring the daily functioning of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, and security systems.
Maintain the physical asset of the property as directed by Management with a focus on those tasks that will require advanced skills and knowledge of apartment maintenance.
Respond quickly to deficiencies found in preventative maintenance inspections.
Work closely with Maintenance Technicians and train them to increase their skills.
Deliver excellent customer service.
Respond to all maintenance requests within 24 hours.
Ensure effective, professional, and timely follow-up with residents, vendors, and property management team on all maintenance services provided.
Adhere to and stay current on all applicable building codes, safety standards, and fair housing laws and ensure safety standards comply with all company, local, City, State, and Federal guidelines.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Maintenance Technician preferably in the Residential Property Management industry.
Team-oriented, sociable, assertive, objective, conscientious, tolerant, with a good eye for details; working effectively in both relaxed and more formal workplaces.
HVAC (CFC certification required); Electrical and Plumbing expertise and certification preferred.
Requires exerting 50 to 100 pounds of force occasionally, 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly through pushing, pulling, and climbing activities.
AA/AS degree in a technical/mechanical-related field is preferred.
Must be responsible for taking calls for after-hour's emergency maintenance, including nights and weekends on a rotational basis.
Ability to use a computer.

What this job involves:
The role of electrician will primarily consist of, wiring motors, changing ballasts, changing outlets, installing outlets, testing electrical gear, generator runs, switchgear testing. Other Tasks as assigned.

What your day-to-day will look like:
Electrical items as assigned.

Identifying needed items and providing information for ordering purposes.
Assisting with a host of additional tasks, light plumbing sinks and toilets, HVAC such as filter changes, batteries in thermostats. Light carpentry as needed, carpet repairs, patch & paint.
Sit, stand, bend, reach, walk, work at heights on ladder or swing stage, confined space entry, typing.
Required Qualifications:
Must have commercial electrical experience.
Must have the ability work independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Preferred Journeyman.
Ohio Electricians License.
Certifications from an accredited trade school or college.

Job Summary
Join JLL's facilities team as an Electrician performing mid-level electrical maintenance and repair work at a premier manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities
Electrical Systems & Equipment
Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade electrical equipment including single and three-phase motor wiring
Run conduit and pull wiring to machinery and operating components
Check, repair, and replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, and system components
Troubleshoot electrical systems to identify repair and replacement needs
Maintain fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, and other functional system components
Mechanical Systems Support
Install and rebuild pumps, motors, air compressors, and heat exchangers
Replace bearings, seals, and associated mechanical components
Assist with installation and repair of piping/tubing and hot water systems
Support other mechanics with major building repairs and complex assignments
Provide backup support to other skilled trades as required
Administrative & Safety
Maintain comprehensive service repair work order records using CMMS system
Respond to routine and emergency repair calls promptly and professionally
Research and inventory equipment parts and supplies
Comply with all company safety and risk management policies
Participate in safety meetings and training while applying OSHA requirements
Potentially train and lead other team members in facilities maintenance
