After the relocation of the production unit, Komar moves its entire headquarters to the Hertopark in Kolbermoor in 2012.
To adapt to the company's continued growth, Komar acquires another building in Kolbermoor in 2015.

In 2017 Komar kicked off two important programs to enhance the unparalleled service quality promised in the “Komar Difference.” First, all Komar customers can now sign up for our nation-wide preventative maintenance program, which includes bi-annual site visits by our factory trained technicians.
In 2018, the new collection Volume 15 as well as new Disney, Star Wars and Marvel motives are presented at the “Heimtextil” fair in Frankfurt.
In 2019, Komar publishes the first art prints.
In 2020, self-adhesive, round wallpapers by Komar are launched.
