Key Job Responsibilities
Duties will include producing 3D GPS models and Takeoffs from customer or Komatsu Distributor supplied construction plans and AutoCAD files. Utilizing the latest software to produce 3D surface models for GPS machine control and construction layout equipment is required. Ultimately, this role will be responsible for accurate data and making sure the information provided is translated into construction equipment properly. This position will provide a quality 3D modeling solution to be utilized in 3D systems manufactured by TopCon, Trimble, Carlson, Leica, and others.

• Plan and develop strategic supply capabilities in terms of facilities, equipment, and staffing

Your Profile
• Relevant University Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Production or Industrial Engineering and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience in senior operations management in any leading cutting tools, automobile or light engineering Industry in the field of manufacturing in a multinational environment
• Preferably can show a background with a clear Lean Manufacturing profile, including experience setting up and maintaining lean processes, follow up of issues, customer support and with experience from a global environment and matrix organization
• Strong knowledge and experience in industry and application
• High level of business acumen, business relations and project management
• Being able to work organized and independently
• Ability to speak and write English is a must
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to promote teams in advancing processes in production, talent to build a climate that supports excellent performance
• Experienced in leading people in new directions and challenging environments
• Knowledge in leading and implementing change projects that have important impact on work and organization

THE ROLE: The role of the Customer Service Representative is crucial to ensuring an elevated customer experience and seamless order coordination within the Customer Success team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring order accuracy and efficiency with collaboration between customer, sales teams, logistics and operations.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Provide service and support to customer and YSI locations worldwide
Process orders, received via e-mail, phone, EDI and eCommerce
Order management, communicating with Product lead Teams.
Engage with customers to clarify order details, provide order updates, and resolve issues
Process RMA's, credits, restocking fees for product returns
Coordinate and respond to customer requests for information involving other internal departments such as accounting, shipping, planning/scheduling and technical support
Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline order processing and order fulfillment
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelors in business administration or equivalent experience preferred
2-4 years' experience in fast paced global customer service environment
Microsoft Office and knowledge or order processing software and workflows
Prefer experience with Oracle 11i software system or SAP
CRM experience a plus
Experience working with Export processes.
Outstanding written and verbal communications with a desire to delight the customer!
Have a mindset of process improvement with an eye towards efficiency and innovation.

Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
