Key Job Responsibilities * Define and lead the data conversion approach for SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless migration from legacy systems. * Oversee data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading (ETL) processes using SAP migration tools (SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit, LSMW). * Establish data governance and quality frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance across SAP deployments. * Partner with business teams and system integrators to map and validate master and transactional data across SAP modules. * Identify and mitigate data migration risks, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. * Define and implement the SAP analytics and reporting strategy, leveraging SAP Embedded Analytics and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC). * Lead the design and configuration of real-time analytics dashboards, KPI tracking, and self-service reporting for business users. * Optimize SAP BW/4HANA and other reporting tools to integrate enterprise-wide data for actionable insights. * Ensure data visualization best practices, making reporting intuitive and business-friendly. * Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define standard reports, ad-hoc queries, and custom analytics requirements. * Develop data quality KPIs, ensuring continuous monitoring and improvement of SAP data assets. * Work closely with business stakeholders, project functional teams, and technical teams to align data strategies with enterprise goals. * Act as a trusted advisor for business users, driving data-driven decision-making through effective analytics solutions. * Provide leadership in cross-functional teams, mentoring data analysts and supporting end-user training on SAP reporting tools. Additional Information Hiring Range At Komatsu, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package. This role pays $140,000-160,000.
