Summary of Job: Seeking entry level and experienced technicians, applicant will need to be able to diagnose residential plumbing issues/problems, which will include anything from faucets to drain clogs or conventional style water heaters and tank-less style as well. The Cooling Field Service Engineer is responsible for commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairing cooling systems in the data center. Looking for a Technical Business System Analyst in the Management Information Systems team (MIS) that would support and build enhancements within the ServiceNow platform, as well as any homegrown inventory, audit, and compliance portfolio to provide functional & technical support to internal business customers. This person will help understand functional requirements to provide lean and effective solutions using the appropriate technology stack in an agile manner. They will also support other teams in testing, implementation, and production support where needed while following all internal processes for development and operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage backlog, gather requirements, design, test & support various implementations, enhancements, and upgrades on the ServiceNow platform with minimal supervision. Actively participate and collaborate in a mature operational model and help enhance processes. Collaborate tasks with vendor technical support, other internal systems teams, and project development staff to ensure successful COTs/SaaS integration implementation within the enterprise Manages the ServiceNow/UCMDB/Flexera Discovery infrastructure, including schedules, credentials, mid-servers and patterns Help design, test, and support RESTful web services, Linux and scripting environments, integrations, database, and server development Support software and web architecture requirements analysis, testing and maintenance Leverage deep functional knowledge to independently design and develop smart and innovative solutions to satisfy business requirements Develop deep understanding of tie-ins with other systems and platforms within the corporate systems landscape Ensure key documentation is completed to a high standard and present technical information to senior management in a concise manner Hands-on ability to build quick prototypes/visuals to assist with high level product concepts and epic stories Write and maintain strong unit, functional and integration tests ready to be automated in a continuous integration environment Active participation in evolving our application platform to meet scaling, security, and compliance need Required Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with multiple ServiceNow modules like ITSM, Change-Incident-Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Release Management, GRC, or Vendor Risk Management. Experience in working on RESTful web services, Linux and scripting platforms and technical audit platforms is preferred Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) / IT Asset Management (ITAM) domain for both on-prem and SaaS software platform, USU, SNOW License Manager or Client Asset Manager Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills with clear and concise communication - verbal and written Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent work experience); or 6+ years and a master's degree in computer science (or equivalent work experience) Nice to have: Certifications in ServiceNow administration is preferred Software Asset Management (SAM) certification is a plus Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint knowledge is a plus Exposure to collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Confluence and Jira Able to perform the complete system life cycle using Agile Engineering and Agile Scrum Methodology preferably in JIRA Familiar with VMware, AIX, KVM virtualization and Docker, Kubernetes app virtualization Strong Linux, OS skills & Web UI experience as an analysis

What this Job Entails: The Field Technician III will provide support to all assigned locations, including data centers and Points of Presence (POPs), and physical site services. The person in this role will coordinate with network teams as well as local vendors for installation, repair and maintenance activities. May act as a mentor to less experienced team members Your Roles and Responsibilities: Maintain the highest quality standards in all assigned data center locations and remote points of presence (POP). Perform card adds or replacements, software upgrades, and associated testing. Recommend improvements to processes that may impact the quality of our network assets or improve overall efficiencies for any related process or system. Provide site survey support for OSP and ISP projects, as well as large space & power and/or equipment deployments. Perform site audits and reconcile data discrepancies in coordination with Network Surveillance and other groups as necessary. Manage local construction vendors working on behalf of the company to ensure compliance with installation, repair, maintenance MOPs and standards, as well as quality and cleanliness. Meet/coordinate with Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) and other technicians to facilitate timely installation, repair, and maintenance activities as necessary. Perform site surveys in support of network builds, augments, or decommissions. Experience with installing and maintaining a wide variety of telecom/network equipment, including DWDMs, backbone and management routers, IP switches, as well as all optical and digital infrastructure. Deep understanding of splicing, and an understanding of how to maintain and operate within a manhole, vault, or handhole environment. Experience with telecommunications testing equipment from microscopes and source and power meters to OTDRs and experience testing across all SONET and Ethernet bandwidths. Extensive knowledge of telecommunications testing standards and procedures from length, wire-mapping, and bit error rate to power, delay, loss, reflectance and dispersion. Experience with state and local regulatory standards, procedures, and permitting requirements. Ability to work effectively with local exchange carrier (LEC) and other telecom service provider technicians, building landlords, electricians, construction operators, and non-technical end users. Ability to work independently, diagnose problems and take appropriate action with minimal supervision. Proficiency with spreadsheets, workflow and project management applications, and administrative software applications. Experience working with a Tier-1 ITSM platform
