Job Purpose
Responsible to develop and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with designated customers, with the aim of becoming a trusted advisor. To adhere to corporate account compliance, managing support contracts, contract adherence and reporting. To engage and lead the customers to enhance the value of our systems to their operations.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to -
For designated customers -
* Grow and retain corporate partnerships by developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned corporate customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
* Continuously demonstrate/perform activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and interaction.
* Manage customer relations to achieve value in use from our products in conjunction with other business units.
* Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions.
* Manage all sales/compliance related activities including management of the sales process, Salesforce compliance, CCA management, services and software business opportunities identified and managed, account plans prepared and discussed with clients, client contacts and emails maintained for internal use, provide superior customer service, single point of contact for business development activities and when required escalation of critical issues, communication/visits with key customer contacts on a regular basis, develop call plans prior to customer interactions, opportunity management, dealing with vendors, business planning and budgeting, intelligence gathering and networking.
* Support Business Development Executives as required, but not limited to, assistance with preparing and producing quality sales documents and responses, to manage current and future complex sales opportunities.
* Support Global Business Development Executives as required.
* Collaborates and communicates across business units within Mining Technology Solutions to achieve goals and objectives.
* Complies with corporate Business Development processes.
* To maintain compliance to all legislative, Mining Technology Solutions and customer site policies, rules and requirements.
* Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
* Reinforce awareness and demonstrate commitment that safety is our top priority and "zero accidents" is achievable.
* Any other tasks deemed to be within the context of this role
Required Skills
Previous account management experience, preferably relating to the mining industry.
Extensive administrative skillset with attention to detail and accuracy to ensure contracts, SLA (Service Level Agreements) and CCA (Customer Care Agreements) represent the requirements of both parties to the agreement.
Experience with CRM tools and their use.

Talent Development - Identify knowledge/skill gaps within the employee population between job requirements and current abilities and identify the most appropriate training and development interventions to bridge those gaps as quickly and effectively as possible. The Autonomous Haulage System (AHS) is a comprehensive fleet management system for mines. Autonomous trucks are centrally controlled through a wireless network that integrates on-board vehicle controllers, high precision global positioning, and obstacle avoidance systems. The AHS Product Development team is responsible for building innovative solutions to unique and challenging autonomous operation problems. Working with our partners around the world, you will help design and support the next generation of mine optimization technologies and build the future platforms that will drive the changes in the mining industry for generations.
As a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer - Autonomous Haulage System (AHS), you will engage with experienced cross-disciplinary team members to conceive and design innovative automation products. You will work closely with product management, hardware engineering, and operations teams. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed in an open and collaborative peer environment.
Key Job Responsibilities
* Maintain deep understanding of AHS architecture, dependencies, and safety constraints; translate this knowledge into risk-based test plans and automated coverage.
* Partner with product and engineering teams to extract, refine, and document functional + nonfunctional requirements; ensure each requirement has measurable acceptance criteria and automated validation.
* Own the end-to-end quality strategy-including functional, performance, security, and fail over testing-leveraging service virtualization, contract testing, and containerized environments to maximize parallel execution in CI/CD.
* Design, implement, and continuously enhance robust automation frameworks. Integrate tests seamlessly into CI/CD pipelines with infrastructure as code provisioning.
* Drive a shift left culture: embed test hooks at design time, manage test data versioning, and maintain high signal regression suites that execute on every merge.
* Lead execution of manual edge case and exploratory tests; automate everything else. Publish clear dashboards for pass/fail trends, defect escape rate, and MTTR; use metrics to guide continuous improvement.
* Facilitate blameless postmortems, identify systemic issues, and convert findings into preventative automated checks.
* Oversee compatibility matrices and deployment configurations, support field teams during installation, configuration, and on-site validation.
* Mentor engineers, champion coding standards for test development, and pilot new tools or methodologies that increase team productivity and product quality. Coordinate cross functional initiatives to mature quality practices enterprise wide.
* Be able to occasionally travel internationally.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software/Systems Engineering, or related discipline (Master's a plus).
* 6 + years combined experience in software / systems testing, with 4 + years focused on building and scaling test automation.
* Ability to take a project from scoping requirements to production operations
* Leadership defining comprehensive test strategies for complex, distributed or real‑time systems.
* Proficient in at least one modern programming language used for automation (Java, Python, or C#); strong REST/gRPC API and UI automation experience.
* Hands‑on expertise with CI/CD, containerization, and infrastructure‑as‑code for on‑demand test environments.
* Ability to mentor, influence, and up‑level QA and development teams.
* Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross‑functional communication skills.

Job Overview
The Financial Reporting Supervisor will be responsible to lead and support the monthly consolidation and reporting of the MTS Financial Results, supporting and collaborating with teams across the organization to ensure that financial results are complete and accurate for both internal and external reporting.

Job Purpose
As part of Komatsu's UX Design team, you will assist in the entire design process of creating "an exemplary user experience that meets the exact needs of the customer, without fuss or bother." Job Purpose
Manages multiple development teams responsible for delivering enterprise applications used by mining customers globally. The Software Development Manager ensures teams leverage best-practice development processes, work efficiently together as a cross-disciplinary group and can contribute to the adoption and evolution of DevOps & Agile development practice at MTS. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Management Duties (50% of the time):
* Resource Performance Supervision. Frequently monitors team member performance (software development supervisors, SCRUM Masters, application architects, software engineers & QA engineers), providing positive reinforcement and taking corrective actions as necessary.
* Resource Development. Supports the Product Development direction implementing appropriate programs, working groups, training and practices to motivate and enhance the competencies and effectiveness of the product team.

* Supports the teams' technical work grooming processes and Agile work planning and execution to deliver application requirements in small functional increments. Coaches team & promotes learning / continual improvement of development processes.
* Works with Architecture group and technical teams to align development plans with broader Intellimine Synergy platform architecture, new/evolving technology components, systems and DevOps tooling. Promotes innovation and new technical solution development within the teams.
* Manages strategy and execution of technical training / mentoring for SCRUM Masters, Architects, developers and testers at all levels.
* Contributes to the Product Development Process (PDP) process improvement and evolution. Mentors direct reports to ensure process compliance.
Required Skills
* At least 5+ years as Software Development Supervisor, or equivalent experience
* Minimum of 10 years experience in the software industry in a leading technical role
* Experience developing and supporting enterprise applications. Experience in mining or industrial applications is preferred.
* Experience with user-centric design processes, Product/UX Design.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to supervise local team and remote contractors

Key Job Responsibilities
The Sales Process & Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and improving global sales processes and data governance across the Komatsu/Modular Mining business. This position focuses on ensuring sales processes are efficient, scalable, and consistently executed, while maintaining high-quality data across Salesforce and SAP systems.
Working closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, IT, and regional business teams, this role helps harmonize processes and data across regions, enabling better decision-making, operational consistency, and customer support in a global mining technology environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Document, analyze, and improve end-to-end sales workflows, including pricing, entitlement management, lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, and customer data management.
* Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of sales data governance standards and data quality processes.
* Monitor data accuracy, completeness, and compliance across CRM and ERP systems.
* Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and data issues, and recommend practical improvements or automation opportunities.
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, guidelines, and job aids.
* Create and run reports to analyze data trends, identify recurring issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
* Collaborate with IT and Business Systems teams to support system enhancements and data synchronization between Salesforce and SAP.
* Assist with training, onboarding, and ongoing "ever-boarding" initiatives to ensure users understand current processes, tools, and data standards.
* Support management with presentations and analysis for performance reviews and planning activities.
* Promote a culture of data stewardship, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (business, analytics, information systems, or similar), or equivalent professional experience.
* 1 to 3 years of experience in sales operations, sales planning, sales analytics, pricing analytics, or data governance.
* Strong organizational, communication, reporting, and presentation skills.
* Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce and SAP is strongly preferred.

Job Purpose
Modular's Digital Services team is responsible for creating the tools to leverage the information generated by Komatsu's mining technology solutions and equipment.
