Primary Responsibilities Include:
Hold daily tailgate meetings. All crew will attend and participate in the tailgate, as well as be ready for work in the proper PPE. At the tailgate, site hazards and key Safe Behaviors will be discussed, and a visual PPE inspection will be conducted.
Daily Permit to Work/AHA: Discuss with the entire crew the day's activities and hazards associated with each task.
Review & assign all daily individual field task assignments
Ensure equipment and tool inspections are conducted daily, to ensure equipment and tools are in good order, at all times.
Maintain accurate daily notes and field logs (in Site Docs).
Responsible for coordinating and scheduling required subcontractors for each project
Responsible for determining materials needed and timing of delivery to perform work
Responsible for performing daily reporting of labor, equipment, and material utilization, along with daily production (essential for tracking daily job costs).
Review the approved budget against actual job costs and production factors with the Project Manager.
Responsible for knowing the scope of work and identifying change order conditions
Perform H&S-re Iated activities.
All other duties as assigned by Management that are project/company related.
Qualifications:
Experience in supervising construction projects
Ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary
Ability to read and understand Plans, Specifications, schematics, and other construction documents
Ability to check grade and verify elevations using a laser
Understanding proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards
Must be capable of managing multiple tasks under time constraints

A day in the life of a superintendent at3G Companies:A superintendent will work on a construction site to lead trade partners, suppliers, and internal manpower to safely build clients desired spaces. This is a position that focuses on building and maintaining relationships internally and externally to complete commercial construction projects on schedule and within budget.
JOB TITLE: Superintendent I
(Superintendent II and Senior Superintendent Positions also available)
REPORTS TO: Field Resource Leader
PURPOSE: The purpose of this job is to lead small to medium and/or less complex construction project(s) while always ensuring the project is completed on time and aligned with the budget.
What youll do:
Collaborates with trade partners, field and office staff on a daily basis to complete construction projects on schedule
Manages the work of trade partners per contract
Ensures local, state, and national building codes are followed
Enforce Graham and OSHA safety requirements
Build and maintain relationships with owners, architects, trade partners, and industry representatives
Construct buildings per plans and specs
Complete all daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Manage carpenters, laborers, field engineers, and interns
Utilize Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Projects, Outlook, and Excel
Plan and manage schedule with a six-week look ahead
Attend and contribute to pull sessions and other preconstruction activities
Enforce Graham quality standards per Graham core processes
Collaborate with project managers to manage budget, labor, and cost codes
All other duties as assigned
What knowledge, skills, and abilities youll bring:
Bachelors degree in management or related degree + 5 years of commercial construction experience or equivalent commercial construction field experience
Demonstrated ability to build commercial construction projects
Use project management and scheduling software effectively.
Great verbal and written communication skills
Ability to build per construction drawings
Extremely detail-oriented
Ability to work nights and weekends as necessary
Legal Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Ability to pass physical capacity profile
Must be able to navigate all areas of the construction site in all types of weather.
Must be able to work in a noisy environment
Ability to take and pass OSHA 30 certification
Ability to work within one of Graham Constructions operational areas as assigned

Objective
Responsible for the development, implementation and management of safety programs.
Main Responsibilities
Direct the resources and activities of the local Wisconsin HSE team
Continually maintain an appropriate level of awareness, knowledge, and preparedness across the Wisconsin site to create a culture that prioritizes HSE and balances overall costs Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current, conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments
Serve as the Wisconsin expert within the field when called upon to address regulatory agency compliance issues, third party safety, Environmental, and liability consultants and subcontractor representative
Responsible for staffing, mentoring and directing the Wisconsin HSE department.
Develop an annual budget and implement
Provide regular written reports, as well as other production related results and updates to the local and BU Management team
Devise, supervise, and coordinate training programs and media which will increase proficiency in safe practices and promote HSE awareness
Participate in the scheduling of safety meetings across the Wisconsin operations to review HSE performance and policies
Address specific reporting and record keeping requirements of OSHA, EPA, etc. as well as other pertinent safety/regulatory compliance matters
Manage ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO50001 programs.

Position Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental, Engineering or related technical field
5 years' Health, Safety, and Environmental management experience
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Advanced knowledge of manufacturing practices, regulatory agency requirements and industry standards
Excellent computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs
OSHA 10 & 30 trained, OSHA 500, ASP, and CSP a plus
Strong skills in Risk Assessment and ISO Management Systems
