This individual will manage the processing, coordination, and execution of transactions across multiple internal teams and external counterparties.
Participate in structured training to learn commercial real estate lending fundamentals, REIT regulatory considerations, and securitization processes.

Develop, refine, and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for transaction processing and closing workflows.

Manage and optimize transaction workflows, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are informed at every stage.

Qualifications:
Prior experience within a REIT, Commercial Real Estate lending, or Securitization environment is highly preferred.

Job Description
Our Office is looking for a temporary Paralegal to help with legal support needs during temporary staff vacancy. The selected individual will provide specialized support to manage public records act requests; respond to subpoenas; implement, monitor and manage litigation holds; help prepare routine filings; and manage the internal regulatory filings spreadsheet. In addition, this position will provide a variety of paraprofessional legal assistance to attorneys during the course of actions.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalency and completion of an accredited two year paralegal studies curriculum or, two years of paralegal experience.
Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution is a plus point.
