JOB DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY The Site Superintendent will be assigned to Department of Defense (DoD) construction project(s) located in various regions. This individual will be responsible for directing, managing, supervising and coordinating the work and activities of the various trade groups on the work site to meet requirements as described in the statement of work or contracts. Ensure that all outstanding punch list items are completed on time • Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate them to senior management • Demonstrate positive and courteous interpersonal skills in all work environments • Provide general estimates for construction materials • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications Qualifications • High school diploma required. Bachelors degree in construction management or related field preferred. • A minimum of 10 years work experience as a commercial construction superintendent. • Excellent communication skills. • First Aid/CPR certification required. • Must have a valid driver's license. • Must complete 30h OSHA training. • Fluency with Microsoft Word, Excel and other software packages • Ability to conceptualize the “big picture” from blueprints and construction drawings, and translate that vision into a well-constructed facility. • Must successfully complete pre-access drug and alcohol testing
