EMS is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our 1st shift operations from 7AM- 5PM. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing performance, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and fostering a safe, collaborative, and efficient work environment. We're looking for a strong leader with warehouse management experience who excels at motivating teams, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at their best. What You'll Do: As a Warehouse Supervisor, you'll play a key role in day-to-day operations, including: Assigning and overseeing tasks to ensure productivity, accuracy, and timeliness. Monitoring shipping supplies and maintaining inventory replenishment. Ensuring employees follow company and OSHA safety procedures at all times. Coaching, evaluating, and developing team members for professional growth. Leading safety and accident-prevention initiatives. Rolling up your sleeves and taking a hands-on approach when needed. Supporting other warehouse duties as business needs arise. What We're Looking For: Experience: 3+ years in a supervisory or management role within warehouse/distribution. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Skills: Strong problem-solving ability, effective communication, basic math, and ability to read a tape measure.
