* Serves as a key collaborative partner to provide contracting and project support
* Supports decision-making by encompassing legal, operational and financial considerations to streamline and create efficiencies in contracting, recruiting, prover relations and finance planning activities
* Responsible for maintaining and updating the electronic contract management system including generating, monitoring, and storing vendor, provider and consultant contracts
* Reviews and provides guidance regarding submitted documents and correspondence for completeness and compliance with federal or state regulations and hospital policy
* Supports Finance and Payroll to ensure provider compensation is consistent with contract, within fair market value considerations and assists with off-boarding contractual obligations
