The company was also recently recognized as one of the 100 Best Companies for Working Mothers by Working Mother. This was in part to the benefits that are offered mothers. Korn Ferry moms receive generous PTO after the birth of their child. And when they do decide to come back to work, they can ease into it with a flexible schedule.
