What you will do: As a ProductionOperator - Assembler you will build a variety of electronic and electro-mechanical assemblies and components for use in the aerospace industry. You will work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment which includes injection molding, masking, painting, touch-up work and inspection. The Assembly Operator II starts by learning our masking and prep processes and, from there, they can develop skills by cross-training into any of the other work center positions such as Mold Setup, Packaging, Inspection or Painter. You may exercise independent action and initiative, and may also provide support, and follow direction from Supervisor/Manager, Team Lead, Engineering Aides and Inspection personnel. This position will have direct contact with, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Test Engineering, Calibration, and Supervision.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Build assemblies as directed by supervisor or team lead in conformance to drawing and quality standards while adhering to documented production time standards if applicable.
* Adhere to lot traceability and general inventory practices.
* Works from Engineering or Quality drawings, specifications, standards, test procedures, and verbal instructions to determine product or procedure acceptance.
* Will be responsible for validating that build and inspection equipment is calibrated and/or qualified as Fit-for-Use.
* Understanding of lot traceability and general inventory practices.
* Will be responsible to perform self-audits of workstation or as directed to ensure compliance to system and specification requirements.
* Takes initiative to define and recommend improvement opportunities
* Recognize deviations from standard drawings/practices
* Assembly requirements may include: soldering, crimping, wire harnessing, basic testing, visual inspection
* May perform inspection of complex assemblies and systems for conformance to drawing and quality standards.

Preferred Education:

We are looking for a Senior Manufacturing Production Technician. As a Production Technician, you'll be part of a cross-functional team whose mission is to lead IonQ on its journey to build the world's best quantum computers to solve the world's most complex problems.
The Production Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of opto/mechanical and custom electronic assemblies according to established procedures. This includes installing electronic assemblies into 19” racks and integrating wire harnesses and cables.
In addition, the manufacturing technician will engage in fiber optics curing on optical fiber cables, participate in 5S and continuous improvement initiatives, and initiate nonconformance records for production issues. The role may also involve supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering tasks and performing select optical alignments to meet production deadlines.
This position requires a highly motivated manufacturing electronics technician with experience in assembly and test. Knowledge of free space optical assembly including high precision devices, alignment of assemblies, and manufacturing best practices are additional skills that successful candidates will have.
Responsibilities:
Support the daily production build schedule requirements in manufacturing
Work closely with Manufacturing and Product Engineers to follow detailed work instructions to assemble Quantum Computer components with a safety and quality mindset and a high-level attention to detail.
Assist with the build and test of components for Quantum Computers.
Capture and document assembly best practices, present findings to technical teams.
Other assigned duties as required in support of business needs.
Assist with EHS best practices.
You'd be a good fit with:
Minimum 2-year technical degree and 3+ years of hands-on experience in a fast-paced, high-tech electronics / optomechanical / manufacturing environment or equivalent.
Experience in electronics, optics assembly, cryogenic, mechanical assembly, following work instructions, assembly drawings and providing detailed feedback.
Ability to troubleshoot electronics assembly to the part level.
Ability to solder small gauge (28 to 32) wires and IPC J-STD-001 certified.
Comfortable working in both engineering/development settings as well as manufacturing.
Ability to work independently and in a team setting, as well as cross functionally with various organizations.
Detail oriented individual with the ability to demonstrate fine motor skills.
Experience working with hand tools, crimpers, torque drivers and performing small lab repairs.

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Blood Component Manufacturing Technician I to join our team in Renton. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to perform a wide variety of tasks in a detailed, sequential manner, according to standard operating procedures, resulting in the production and final labeling of blood components. Working in a highly-regulated, and team-oriented environment, the incumbent will prepare, document, evaluate, quarantine/segregate, perform routine labeling of, and package and create transfer records for blood and blood components according to standard operating procedures, as well as operate and maintain equipment used in the processing and labeling of blood components.
Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Education and Experience:
Meet CLIA requirements for moderate complexity testing.
Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and training in testing performance.
Two years of post-secondary education, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
Relevant work experience is considered in any of the following: One year of experience in a regulated or high-volume production environment, OR one year of blood-banking or pharmaceutical experience, OR one year of work experience in an environment requiring significant multitasking.
Job-specific skills include, but are not limited to:
The Ability to adhere to a series of complex process steps involving interaction with multiple computer systems and physical handling of inventory.
The Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and with staff from other departments. The Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds.

Working Conditions include:
Work schedule: Second or Third shift.
Work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and overtime, as well as the Ability to take on-call responsibility as assigned.
This position also involves occasional intermittent refrigeration work.

Tessera is seeking a new Aerospace Manufacturing Technician join our manufacturing team in Auburn, Washington. The Aerospace Manufacturing Technician will perform a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the machine shop, ensuring efficient production, quality parts, and a safe work environment. This position involves operating various machinery, deburring parts, performing assembly work, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. The selected individual will be cross-trained to collaborate across departments and assist with related functions when necessary.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Operate various equipment, which may include CNC and manual machines (mills, lathes, drills), grinders, saws, water jet, presses, part mark machine, and other production equipment.
Perform secondary operations such as deburring, filing, sanding, cleaning, assembling, and part marking & packaging parts to required specifications.
Load and unload raw materials and finished parts from machines.
Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or defects and report any issues to the supervisor promptly.
Use precision measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and tape measures, to perform quality checks on in-process and finished parts.
Read and follow written work instructions, production orders, and basic blueprints or sketches.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including cleaning machines and sweeping the shop floor.
Follow company safety policies and procedures, always wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Perform routine cleaning and daily preventative maintenance on equipment as instructed.
Assist in part marking, packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout manufacturing.
Flexible and willing to be assigned to any area needed daily.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required.
6+ months of previous experience working in Aerospace industry is required.
Combination of previous experience and education will be considered.
Previous experience interpreting blueprints is highly preferred.
Previous experience using measuring and hand tools is highly preferred.
Previous Machine Operator or Assembly experience is highly preferred.
