Jean-Marc Plisson is the Chief Executive Officer at Kosas. He assumed this role in January of 2021.

Jean-Marc has held several senior leadership roles prior, including CEO of TATCHA; President, Beauty Prestige Group

Company at Shiseido Americas Corporation; CEO of Fresh; and COO of LVMH Perfumes and Cosmetics North America.

Adeline Leong is the Chief Marketing Officer at Kosas Cosmetics. She joined Kosas in 2020 from TATCHA, where she also served as Chief Marketing Officer.

Prior, Adeline worked in marketing and merchandizing for Sephora, most recently serving as VP, Integrated Marketing.

Adeline earned her BS in Management Science from MIT and her MBA in Marketing from Wharton.

Dawn Isaksen is the Chief Financial Officer at Kosas Cosmetics. Previously, she was the Deputy General Manager and Controller at StandardAero.

Dawn earned her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Woodbury University in 1995.

Irina Ilyaich is a Chief Chemist/Product Developer at Kosas and is based in Canoga Park, California. She has worked as Sr. R&D Chemist at Kelly Teegarden Organics, LLC; R&D Coordinator at Bocchi Laboratories; and R&D Chemist at Delicate Cosmetics Inc. Irina studied at California State University, Northridge between 2006 and 2011 and Los Angeles Valley College.
