Primary Responsibilities
Delivery: Completing scheduled and reactive ski/snowboard rental fittings in line with our two primary delivery methods: Traditional - in-accommodation boot fitting and ski teching & Express - No contact drop-off delivery.
Continued focus on our three Key Customer Requirements:
KCR #1: On Time - Arriving within 5 minutes of the agreed upon time
KCR #2: Communication - Setting clear expectations around the entire scope of service
KCR #3: Equipment - Choosing the right equipment for each guest given their skills and current conditions at the resort

Summary:
The Travel Cath Lab RN provides specialized care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and interventional treatments. The RN prepares patients for procedures, assists during interventions, and monitors immediate post-procedure recovery. Working closely with cardiologists and cath lab teams, this role requires advanced cardiac care skills, cardiac catheterization skills, strong communication, and the ability to adapt quickly while maintaining strict safety and regulatory standards.
Essential Work Functions:
Conduct assessment of patients prior to procedures, including reviewing medical history and performing physical exams
Assist in positioning patients correctly for the procedure and ensure EKG electrodes and cardiac leads are properly placed
Assist physicians during procedures, including the placement of catheters, wires, balloons, stents, structural heart devices, and other cardiac interventions
Operate and monitor hemodynamic equipment, recognizing and responding to changes in cardiac rhythms and hemodynamic waveforms
Assist in arterial and/or venous sheath removal using closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression, and transport patients to the appropriate recovery area
Monitor vital signs, ECG, and hemodynamic parameters during cardiac catheterization and interventional procedure
Support post-procedure care, including monitoring patient recovery and ensuring a smooth transition to the next phase of care
Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, ensuring everything is functioning properly and fully stocked for procedures
Communicate effectively with team members, patients, families, and physicians to provide seamless care
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice

The Candidate

At a minimum, the successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
Bachelor of science degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering, or a related engineering field
Engineer-In-Training Certificate or ability to attain within six months
Practical application of various H&H software, including HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, and XPSWMM
Strong passion for a civil engineering career
Experience in developing and preparing drainage reports, Letters of Map Revision for the Federal Emergency Management Agency, and stormwater design
Experience with civil design and site grading/layout
Experience with AutoCAD and GIS
Additional preferred qualifications include the following:
Strong interpersonal skills
Technical communication skills (both written and oral)
Must be fluent in English
Demonstrated ability to apply engineering principles to real-world applications
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Proficient or working knowledge with HEC-HMS, SWMM, TR-55, HSPF, HEC-RAS, HY-8, SWMM, SMS/SRH-2D, MicroStation, AutoCAD/Civil3D, ArcGIS, OpenRoads, and HydroCAD
Ability to prioritize work demands to meet deadlines while exercising judgment and working independently

Position Summary:
SolomonEdwards is looking for a Home Loan Specialist I for one of its mortgage clients to perform daily loan reviews to ensure the accuracy of loan findings. You will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.

Essential Duties:
- Perform routine data entry and validation tasks.
- Initiate third-party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.).
- Review and validate loan documents.
- Handle routine calls, emails, and/or chat responses.
- Monitor work queues and intervene as needed.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors that are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
Qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred.
- General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local Regulations.
Skills and Job-Specific Competencies:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary Range: SolomonEdwards values your unique and individual experience and background. As such, we take a comprehensive approach when determining compensation for our roles. A reasonable estimate for the current hourly range for this role is $20-24.
