Responsibilities: * Lead end-to-end technology program delivery from initial requirements definition and solution evaluation through implementation, optimization, and process re-engineering * Develop, manage, and maintain the comprehensive technology project plan, including scope, timeline, and budget, in close partnership with the implementation vendor * Establish and uphold strong technology governance practices to drive alignment, communication, and coordination across the technology workstreams * Act as the primary liaison for the Technology and Data organization, ensuring consistent and transparent status reporting to stakeholders * Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of program risks, issues, actions, and decisions, proactively implementing mitigation strategies to ensure delivery success * Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment Qualifications: * Minimum seven years of recent progressive experience in HR Technology and Data, including a minimum of three years leading teams * Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, management or related discipline * Demonstrated success delivering large-scale HR technology transformation initiatives; experience with cloud-based HCM platforms such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors is preferred * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or similar project management credential is a plus * Exceptional leadership, team building, and communication capabilities, with a proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels * Deep expertise in HR technologies, supported by strong analytical acumen, critical-thinking ability, and effective problem-solving skills * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
