We are looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join our team and support field operations on a multi-family project. About the Role:
As an Assistant Superintendent, you'll oversee specific aspects of on-site operations for multi-family projects. You'll lead and coordinate subcontractors and vendors to execute work proficiently on the project, participate in project safety, quality, and compliance, and collaborate with the on-site team of construction professionals while ensuring the project is completed on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Assist, plan, and sequence projects.
Schedule subcontractors, vendors, and trades
Coordinate construction activities through the project schedule.

Supervise storm water management, inspections, and other regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with the ownership and design teams to recognize and resolve constructability issues.

General Description:
The Safety Coordinator is responsible for administering and enhancing our Safety programs with the field and office teams. Essential Duties:
Conduct site safety inspections to ensure compliance with Safety protocols and procedures.

Prepares root cause analysis and provides recommendations to minimize or prevent re-occurrence.
Provides safety training and coaching in the field and via training sessions.
Reports on audit results and provides corrective action recommendations.
Implements strategies and recommendations for the elimination of unsafe practices.
Proven time management and follow-through skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
Demonstrates tactful, mature and professional demeanor, with exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with diverse personnel.
Maintains compliance with all safety regulations, according to both Cal & Fed OSHA.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Three (3) or more years of experience with Safety Program administration in the Construction Industry.
Bachelor's Degree in construction, project management, or engineering preferred.
OSHA 30 completed.
Proficient with MS Office.
Strong organization, record keeping and follow up skills.
Experience with vehicle accident claims administration a plus.
Ability to read, understand, interpret and apply Cal/OSHA and organization regulations and rules.
