Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities:
Utilize SAP system to order supplies, ingredients, and KMI's for multiple Businesses.
Set up and maintain MRP system production models and ordering parameters.
Manage portion of $18 MM. average RPW inventory to meet or exceed monthly inventory turn targets.
Research, explain, and reduce material outages in support of CTS.
Manage appropriate inventory levels internally and externally to balance inventory and service.
Provide absentee coverage for other Material Planners.
Support multiple Businesses through collaboration with R&D and Production departments for projects, productivity initiatives, and commercialization's.
Partner with HQMM and Procurement on collaboration strategies and issue resolution.
Collaborate with Cycle Count group and Production to research and reduce cycle count variances.
Reduce Company costs through flawless execution of material and ingredient changes.
Develop and implement processes or projects to reduce RPW inventories.
Execute Material Management goals.
Participate on internal project teams.
Provide material information at daily DDS meetings.
Develop key relationships with internal and external customers through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Assist with Customer Service activities including appointment scheduling, processing customer orders in Metrics, and vehicle sizing.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Abilities:
1. 2 or 4 year degree is preferred.
2. Knowledge of inventory management methods.

Key Responsibilities

Own hourly talent acquisition for the site, including sourcing, selection, testing, onboarding and early talent integration.

Required Qualifications

STATEMENT OF THE JOB:
- This position will require the employee to maintain the inventory and cleanliness of the Sanitation Supply Cage and be responsible for ordering on Ariba. - Under the direction of the Sanitation Coordinator, this position will assist in plant sanitation training, policies and procedure implementation, and auditing throughout the plant. This person will share responsibility for cost, quality, delivery, and safety in the department.
- The Sanitation Technician will be responsible for Sanitation operation/trouble shooting, and assist in training of all sanitation associates.
- This person will be familiar with all equipment and processes in the complex, so they are able to troubleshoot sanitation problems.
- The employee will be required to facilitate a close partnership with Sanitation Operations in order to resolve any sanitation-related issues.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The receipt of all Supplies to the Cage
2. Accurate match up of incoming items with appropriate Purchase Orders
3. Issuing Sanitation Supply items against appropriate supply sheets /PPE sheets
4. Identifying Sanitation items to ensure proper issue out and reorder of those items.
5. Proper shipping procedures to be followed when items are removed from the building.
6. Ordering of Bulk Chemicals for Sanitation Cage from Vendors, work with vendors on a weekly basis to capture opportunities, and work with Chemical vendor on innovating chemicals to improve the process.
7. Attach the proper vendor to Stock items.
8. Order Site Sanitation supplies, organize sanitation inventory and perform cycle count of inventory in cage
9. Work with Sanitation team, area supervison and supply/chemical vendors to identify cost savings opportunities.
10. Dispense Chemicals for Plant when received and maintain bulk totes throughout plant.
11. Unload Bulk Chemicals when Supply Trucks are received
12. Enter Supplies issued out into Database, along with PPE Database
13. Handle Mops /Dry and Wet received In and out with Vendor.
14. Period Cleaning in area.
15. Monitor sanitation quality (i.e. audits, documentation, policies, procedures and plant appearance).
16. Know and monitor all GMPs and housekeeping within the complex
17. Monitor period sanitation program for the plant.
18. Perform equipment inspections for maintenance and sanitation effectiveness
19. Participate in department teams as appropriate
20. Actively supports and participates in daily sanitation activities, noting issues, and helping to develop plans to address deviations.
21. Assist in preparation of and maintenance of sanitation procedures and QCDSM documents
22. Assist with plant record keeping to maintain compliance with safety, quality, HACCP, sanitation, and all regulatory documents.
23. Program and update information on the Chemical Dispensing systems for the plant.
24. Evaluate yearly vendors cost comparison and put into Spreadsheets. Calculate Finances.

Minimum Qualifications:

About the Role:
The Food Scientist supports the Value Engineering team by leading the design, planning, validation, and implementation of cost savings, efficiency improvements, and consolidation projects across the TreeHouse Foods portfolio. Working under limited supervision, this role applies sound scientific methods from bench development through commercialization, ensuring project objectives are met while maintaining product quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
The Food Scientist is responsible for defining formulation, nutritional, and process parameters, executing lab and plant trials, analyzing data, and developing solutions that achieve business goals. This position partners cross-functionally with Division R&D, QA, Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Business Unit leads to ensure alignment, while also providing technical oversight during internal and external plant trials and start-ups.
In addition to strong technical expertise, the Food Scientist brings effective project management and communication skills to influence outcomes, support customer meetings, and generate pipeline opportunities that drive cost optimization through formulation and processing efficiencies. This role requires an aptitude for technical leadership, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple projects across product categories.

Ensure all FSQ/KPI/MBO action plans are maintained and progress made to target(s)
Supports all internal and external inspections/regulatory visits. Support audit preparation activities, accompany inspector, and complete necessary reports and postings.
Performs follow-ups to non-conformances found and provides responses as appropriate.
Reviews and approves minor process change requests.
Creates and tracks Hold/Release documentation and dispositioning of products.
Completes or assists with validation studies for all CCPs, OPRPs and other significant controls in accordance with approved methodologies.

The plant Quality Manager develops and maintains a strong quality culture plant wide. They direct the Plant Quality Strategy for the entire manufacturing and production site, across all product categories manufactured on site. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Directs and leads both lab operations within the site with their leadership team.
Leads a large team of Quality professionals capable of delivering the quality and production strategies including, Lab, Quality Compliance, Quality Supervisors and Sanitation experts, Quality Engineers or other supporting staff.
Works with the Corporate Quality Team to build Quality Excellence programs within the manufacturing site driving performance.
Continuously drives improvement programs using Quality Tools (SPC, Green Belt, etc.) to improve Quality and product superiority.
Leads and implements best in class KPIs needed for the Site.
Improves site people engagement with the Plant Leadership team.
Builds strong relationships with Plant Leadership to ensure Quality Programs and manufacturing.
Partners with Corporate to drive Automation innovations and digital solutions to drive KHC Lighthouse and Factory/Lab of the Future Initiatives.
Capable of evaluating performance and competencies of plant QA staff and providing leadership training, coaching, and accountability as needed
Drives consistency through development of work instructions and training to set standards
Manages the plant's Corrective Action and Preventive Action program to drive continuous improvement
Drives excellence in Innovation thru R&D plant trials and activities as a customer.
Maintains plant FSP, HACCP, pre-requisite programs and act as primary liaison between plant and external regulatory agencies (FDA, USDA, CFIA, etc.) during routine and unannounced visits
Provides direction and subject matter expertise on plant Quality-related activities and inquiries
Prepares for all KHC (internal and external) Quality Audits and respond appropriately
Monitors KHC Quality systems ensuring E2E compliance to food safety and regulatory requirements
Oversees record keeping for all mandated quality checks, testing, sampling and sanitation activities
Tracks, analyzes, and supports RCFA initiatives for quality-related, factory-controllable consumer complaints
Prepares and maintain permitting and licensing for the plant
Manages departmental budgeting, purchasing and inventory of plant quality supplies such as filters, chemicals, tools and lab supplies
Serves as the plant lead for Company Quality initiatives including the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Quality Management System
Develops strong working relationships with key suppliers and vendors
Expected Experience & Required Skills
Bachelor's degree in food science, chemistry, microbiology or related field, Masters preferred
Must be a self-directed individual with a high level of integrity and maturity with proven leadership skills related to coaching and developing a team, and can work well under pressure
Must be an effective communicator with excellent follow-up skills and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization
Strong knowledge of GFSI (FSSC22000) requirements and previous experience as an audit facilitator
Demonstrates understanding of Statistical Process Control, HACCP, sanitation, micro mitigation, and hygienic design principals
Has project management skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
ERP system and Quality system experience, SAP and Infinity preferred

This position is considered a
