Qualifications

Operate slicers, wrappers, and Kwik-lok machines. Monitor bread quality, slice count, and packaging clarity. Conduct metal detector checks.
* Packaging & Coding:
Set up coding machines, autocasers, and tape equipment. Ensure correct wrap and labeling. Record checkweigher and metal detector data.
* Material Handling:
Organize and supply packaging materials using forklift/pallet jack. Position flour bins (up to 600 lbs) and fill sifters.
* Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
Perform basic maintenance (blade changes, lubrication). Report equipment issues and write work notifications. Assist with preventive maintenance.
* General Support:
Clean work areas, assist other line roles, and follow all safety, GMP, HACCP, CTS, and SQF protocols.

Position Summary
The Brand Manager, Recipe Cheese Marketing will shape the future of KraftHeinz ~$500M shelf stable cheese business which includes Velveeta, Cheese Whiz & Kraft Jar Cheese. They will be responsible for defining the short & long-term strategy of their portfolio and leading a cross-functional team to deliver on that commitment. Key Components of the Role
Own the P&L for the recipe cheese business and be accountable for delivering profit, volume, and market share objectives
Lead planning routines for Recipe Cheese portfolio including 1/3YP brand plans, integrated business cycle, AOP planning, budget, category stories, etc.
Partner across business units with other Velveeta brand teams (M&C category, comms & innovation) to ensure a cohesive Velveeta masterbrand strategy
Define the short and long-term strategy of recipe portfolio and shelf stable cheese category; build a POV on renovation / innovation opportunities, pricing/promo, cost & product mix optimizations as well as marketing support needed to drive demand
Leverage syndicated data sources to understand own brand & competitor performance, bringing forth insights, and actions plans that drive key business targets
Partner with cross functional teams across various commercial initiatives
Manage and develop Analyst supporting recipe business
Highlights of Select Projects On the Horizon:
Build out the pipeline & activation plan for Limited Edition flavored cheese dips (i.e. Beer cheese)
Develop a perspective and plan for renovating Velveeta mini blocks & sauces products

Job Description:
Essential
1. Check schedule for product to be produced. Check forming equipment for proper setup and for cleanliness.
2. Ensure that all lines are started up on time and changeovers are done efficiently in relation to the demands of the schedule.
3. Maintain consistent established wet weights and standards.
4. Inspect all dough for desired consistency and or foreign objects.
5. Keep dough hoppers at a consistent level at all times. Replace broken wires in five (5) minutes or less and make up spare wires.
6. Monitor the oven and band movement.
7. Accurately record batch start and stop times and any downtime on the oven operations sheets.
8. Set and maintain forming speeds in accordance with established standards.
9. Become proficient in the operation of all forming equipment to include tracking of rotary belts and insuring rotary belts are not in contact with the oven band.
10. Operate all forming equipment in an efficient manner so to avoid generating unnecessary scrap.
11. Understand and comply with the allergen policy, attaching a blue allergen tag to the machine and dough trough whenever an allergen is used, and insure the machine and trough is inspected before it is used again after a product is ran that contained an allergen.
12. Understand, observe, and comply with the handling and usage of the color-coded container policy.
13. Assist in labeling and removing all reusable dough from the machine area to the re-usable/out of spec dough holding area. Label with the proper formula number and date of manufacturing.

About the Role:
TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Senior Packaging Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development, validation, and implementation of new packaging technologies, line extensions, and packaging improvements that support product performance, cost optimization, quality, and sustainability objectives. The anticipated compensation for this position ranges from $82,600 to $123,800 annually. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics and business or organizational needs. · Lead discussions with suppliers around long-term objectives and strategies, ongoing market trends, innovation and technology advances, and potential investment decisions
· Lead supplier development and investment discussions (mold/tooling CAPEX, tooling lifecycle).
· Drive commercial negotiations and execute complex contracts using advanced negotiation techniques
· Develop Should Cost Model and track Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) in partnership with Data Analytics and Procurement Finance, accountable for measuring and reporting value delivery.
· Apply market intelligence to maintain deep category expertise (market, pricing, cost drivers, supplier landscape) and translate insights into actionable sourcing strategies.
· Identify business needs at the sourcing and category project level in the following areas: Assurance of Supply, Quality, Service, Cost, and Innovation (AQSCI).
· Identify, prioritize and deliver value-generating projects based on complexity, resources, risk, implementation time and financial impact and track/report realized savings and service improvements.
· Aptitude towards Continuous Improvement is an essential requirement to deliver annual productivity targets and service improvements
· Ensure robust strategic sourcing processes and procurement governance are applied to all projects; collaborate with global procurement peers to align on standards and leverage global leverage where appropriate.
· Lead, mentor and develop procurement resources (including Global Procurement Solutions support) and influence without direct authority.
· Manage escalations for major supplier issues and coordinate cross-functional remediation to protect supply, quality and customer service.
Expected Experience & Required Skills
· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Applied Sciences, Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field. Candidates with extensive relevant experience in Packaging R&D, Quality and manufacturing will be a plus
· 5 to 7 years of proven experience in Procurement of materials or services preferably in consumer goods industry or a combination of Procurement, R&D, Quality & operations experience indexed towards packaging
· Knowledge of food Packaging & Packaging fundamentals is critical, as well as having the knowledge of packaging technologies like blow and injection molding and thermoforming is a significant plus.
· Knowledge of sustainable solutions and future requirement of compliance for packaging materials and manufacturing trends
· Ability to Collaborate with senior leadership including business unit presidents, brand teams, and global category leaders to gain alignment on strategies and collect the proper input for organizational sourcing needs.
· Experience in developing long-term business strategies is highly desired, specifically establishing mid-to-long term direction based on insights into external market indices, global supply chain, and the organization's overall capabilities.
· Prior experience developing strategies aligned to function with organizational goals and generates results that will have a positive impact on the function/business unit. Advanced experience in the sourcing life cycle process and possesses a strong grasp of the tools needed to complete the process.
