What You'll Need (Qualifications) * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). * At least 5-7 years of experience in data engineering or a related technical role, with strong expertise in data integration and system architecture. * Proven experience with JD Edwards, particularly in extracting and transforming ERP data. * Strong experience with EDI processes and technologies for seamless data integration. * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, SQL, and other relevant tools for data engineering. * Extensive experience with ETL processes, data integration, and pipeline automation. * Advanced knowledge of business intelligence tools, especially Power BI, for designing reports and dashboards. * Solid understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time data streaming. * Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across teams and manage stakeholder expectations. * Demonstrated ability to step in and support team members when needed, as well as independently take ownership of resolving issues. * Proven track record of mentoring junior team members and providing leadership within a collaborative environment. * Flexibility to adapt to evolving technologies and new business requirements.
