Job Responsibilities
* Load and unload materials and products from trucks, conveyors, and other equipment using appropriate manual or mechanical methods (e.g., hand trucks, pallet jacks).

Job Qualifications

**Summary:**
+ Produce quality connector plates of various sizes and types in an efficient and cost-effective manner by operating machines to cut out parts of specified size and shape from metal by performing the following duties.

+ Notifies maintenance personnel if machine needs other than basic maintenance attention.
+ If plates are to be shipped in boxes, ensure the appropriate number of plates is placed in each box as the product is produced.
+ Assembles boxes necessary for daily production and records boxes produced as required by the Production Supervisor/Manager.
+ Follow all safety rules and report any identified hazards to the Supervisor. Follows all required lockout - tag out procedures before doing any type of maintenance to machines. Wears all protective equipment required by the company including but not limited to gloves, ear protection, safety glasses, respirator, etc.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Occupational Health and Safety or Engineering. Equivalent experience will be considered.
Experience/Skills:
Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in facilities and/or EHS roles within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA and other relevant federal, state and local regulations.

General Overview: Responsible for maintaining infrastructure for Rawlings business units. Plans, designs, implements, maintains endpoint management solutions and devices under the direction of the Infrastructure Director and Infrastructure Architect Manager. Responsible for backup & recovery, monitoring, administering and securing Rawlings infrastructure assets and solutions. Familiarity / expertise with two or more technologies such as endpoint management, networking, data center/Azure Cloud, and M365. Responsible for equipment at remote sites as well as corporate headquarters. Provides escalation support for rest of IT. Which may include assistance with windows desktops, laptops and servers; including installation, maintenance, backup and recovery, monitoring and security management.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
* Determines and solves a variety of remote site computer or network related problems and collaborate with peers to implement solutions.
* Provides remote sites network hardware maintenance and coordination of repairs as needed.
* Follows procedures for server and user administration and management.
* Creates and maintains documentation of procedures for user administration.
* Responsible for firewall management and administration.
* Administers end point and mobile device solutions and services.
* Creates and maintains configurations for user equipment and maintains backups of all configurations. Ensures that all configurations are backed for disaster recovery purposes as well.
* Develops procedures for server and user administration and management, including login scripts, setup and management.
* Creates and maintains documentation of procedures for support, management and use of all equipment and services.
* Maintains clear communications with corporate IT department and Rawlings employees
* Ensures that all problems are resolved according to the departmental prioritization guidelines.
* Maintains professional skills and keeps current in technical abilities using available resources and training
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* 5+ years of experience in a Network/Modern Workplace and Support Desk environment
* Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365
* Intermediate Computer Networking/Troubleshooting
* Intermediate Hardware Troubleshooting
* Experience Administering Cloud Technologies i.e. Azure
* Scripting skills i.e. Terraform, PowerShell, Python
* General Printer/Copier/Fax Troubleshooting
* Strong organizational skills
* Good verbal and written communications skills
* Ability to work in a demanding, dynamic environment
* Degree in Computer Technology preferred
* A+/Network+ Certifications preferred
* Bilingual (Japanese, Spanish) preferred
Working Conditions: Office and manufacturing facility conditions may be experienced. Position requires a cell phone (provided by Rawlings) for off-hour application support occasionally.

Own Pricing and Profitability

Support Training and Channel Development

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education: A bachelor's degree in business or related field required; bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred. Master's Degree preferred.
Experience/Skills:
Minimum five (5) years of Product Management experience, with technical product management background highly preferred.
Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex product functionality and translate it into customer and business value.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrated analytical, statistical, and business acumen with expertise in sales analysis and forecasting.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present effectively to senior leadership, train internal teams, and engage directly with customers.
