What You'll Do
As coordinated with the Sanitation Manager, the candidate must be able to perform the following activities:
Clean and maintain offices, hallways, restrooms, breakrooms, and other areas using appropriate equipment and supplies
Disinfect and restock restrooms and common areas with paper products, soap, and sanitizers
Empty trash and dispose of waste responsibly throughout the plant
Follow sanitation procedures to keep all areas food-safe according to company standards (SSOP)
Complete required documentation for cleaning and sanitation activities
Safely operate and maintain janitorial equipment (e.g., floor scrubbers, vacuums)
Organize and maintain storage rooms and inventory of cleaning supplies, requesting reorders as needed
Wipe down and sanitize high-touch surfaces regularly (e.g., door handles, tables, water fountains)
Maintain exterior grounds for cleanliness
Carry out other janitorial and sanitation duties as assigned

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leads team members by managing and executing plant processes.
Manages team members in attaining production and quality goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Foodservice Group is responsible for the sales and marketing of all products to both commercial and non-commercial foodservice operations. Foodservice Sales Training:
Sales Representatives will be assigned to one of our 19 area offices throughout the United States and spend between 8-12 months training, on average. Your time will be spent both in the office and in the market making sales calls and consulting our wide variety of customers.
New sales hires embark on a comprehensive development journey that includes four in-person training seminar experiences during their first 15 months. This position requires individuals to perform general production duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards.
Job Description:
Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure minimal interruptions in production
Independently problem solve repairs and breakdowns in the packaging areas
Help operators develop their maintenance skills when appropriate
Perform assigned planned work repairs, preventive and predictive activities in a quality manner
Provide feedback about assigned tasks that will improve the equipment database and the quality of the tasks in SAP
Lead major equipment rebuilds as assigned, utilizing the skills of others assigned to assist
Complete planned and scheduled work for rebuilds and repairs
Install new equipment and support capital projects as assigned
Get/kit parts from Stores as needed. Utilize SAP to identify and locate parts for assigned tasks
Enter data in SAP accurately and completely
Participate in identifying repetitive equipment failures
Participate in resolution of issues as a subject matter expert
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Candidates must be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts alternating days and nights,
including weekends
Ability to work overtime as necessary
Background in a manufacturing environment or technical background with electrical,
mechanical or automation experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong electrical, mechanical and/or automation skills
Previous experience with operation and maintenance
Physical/Mental Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.
Ability to use hands/arms to reach, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
Ability to work in all areas of the facility including hot and cold areas and be exposed to wet and humid conditions.
Must be able to lift and or move up to 50 lbs. or more.

Assesses the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's internal controls and determines compliance with company policies and procedures as well as legal and regulatory requirements through the completion of financial, operational, and compliance audits conducted at all levels and locations of the company's business.
Identifies and reports to management instances of internal control weaknesses and/or inefficient practices, provides recommendations for improvement, and reviews action plans from the audit client to address reported issues.
Develops and modifies audit programs and procedures in order to assure audit techniques are being applied in an effective and efficient manner.
Performs testing of our internal controls and processes in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 legislation.
Assists, on an annual basis and at various times throughout the fiscal year, Hormel's independent auditors in their audit of our consolidated financial records.
Requires 25% overnight travel per year.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
2+ years of accounting, finance, or audit experience.
A pattern of initiative, determination, and leadership.
Ability to handle different projects simultaneously, problem solving and manage deadlines.
A strong team player & highly adaptable to change.
Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.
Well-developed interpersonal and organizational skills.
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think critically and be agile in a fast-paced environment and risk landscape.
Strong computer skills.
Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.

Public Accounting or internal audit Experience is preferred.
Working knowledge of Oracle and QAD systems.

LOCATION: Austin, Minnesota - a comprehensive relocation package will be provided to applicants requiring relocation.
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $78,000 - $109,000 per year, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.

The Specialist, Risk Management, is responsible for supporting the risk management capabilities of
Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity for Hormel Foods. The role will assist the
processes and execution to enable effective planning, assessment, communication, recovery, and
reporting. Position reports to Associate Director, Enterprise Risk.
Primary Functions
Assist in the coordination and scheduling of meetings that support the functions goals.
Aid ERM and Business Continuity processes including, but not limited to, risk assessments,
documentation and activity tracking.
Support risk reporting capabilities through manual data entry, metric tracking and report development.
Administer tasks in technology solutions for both ERM and Business Continuity that support the
functions goals including data entry, assigning tasks, documenting risks and risk management
information.
Maintain ERM and business continuity information, materials, assessments, plans and testing results.
Perform other duties, projects and provide additional support as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of administrative support, risk management, insurance, enterprise risk management or
business continuity experience in multi-national company.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong interpersonal abilities and professionalism with a desire to learn and develop.
Effective problem solving and critical thinking.
Strong project management skills. Must be able to comfortably and effectively handle multiple
deadlines and task assignments.
Experience interacting with all levels of management within an organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint required.
