We are looking for an insight driven, proactive and curious individual to join our Walmart team as a Customer Sales Analyst. The Customer Sales Analyst provides business insights and growth recommendations through analytical capabilities for the Walmart business- driving both Kraft Heinz & customer performance. This role will leverage a deep understanding of the retailer, the consumer, and the category leading insights into action. Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Identify insights, present learnings, and deliver business recommendations to drive joint business growth.
Collaborate with the sales & corporate teams to achieve customer unit, revenue, distribution, feature, and display goals.
Design, prepare and deliver regular category, customer, and account performance reports.
Conduct regular reviews and quarterly assessments of key business drivers.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis with curiosity and agility, in a way that proactively uncovers business opportunities.
Develop & build impactful customer specific selling stories that reflect key category business-building initiatives.
Attend customer meetings to assist sales team in presenting business cases.
Collaborates very closely with sales and growth managers group to understand qualitative data/insights and integrates into qualitative data - pulling unique, customer facing insights, and pull together holistic story.
