Position Summary
A Robotic Programmer works with the engineering and integration teams at Vizient by preparing automation systems to customer order specifications. This includes working with the customer on application or process development, programming structures and system functionality. The Software Engineer Intern designs, develops, tests, documents, and maintains software solutions under supervision, adhering to organizational standards, methodologies, and security guidelines. They deliver quality software by effectively tracking tasks, identifying issues, and participating constructively in peer reviews and feedback cycles.
This role supports more senior engineers in software design activities, assisting in the creation of application components and user interfaces to meet functional and security requirements. Additionally, the Software Engineer Intern contributes to basic data engineering tasks, including developing simple data pipelines, performing routine ETL processes, maintaining data integrity, and addressing common data quality issues.

Software Design
* Designs and implements software applications, components and modules.

Data Engineering
* Designs, implements and maintains data engineering solutions to acquire and prepare data.

Work Environment:

Travel:
