Needs solid understanding of quality PH swabs, HACCP program and PM work orders. Communicates with Filler Utility to ensure adequate quantities of accurate packaging materials are on the line. Maintains good housekeeping, and performs Mini cleans, CIP`s, interdictives, product pushes and hot flushes.
