Joe is the Chief Technology Innovation Officer at Kraft & Kennedy, Inc., a leading technology consulting firm and solutions provider with unparalleled expertise relative to law firms, corporate legal departments, and professional services firms. He is responsible for all technology services delivery and solution development at the firm and manages all consulting services practice groups. Joe also provides technical leadership and strategic guidance on engagements involving a broad range of law firm technologies and is responsible for directing technology strategy at the firm. He has led many projects for numerous members of the AmLaw 100 in addition to leading and coordinating day-to-day operations and projects for small and mid-sized clients.

Joe previously led the firm’s Infrastructure and Enterprise Systems practice group and was responsible for several areas, including messaging systems and unified communications, directory services, server virtualization, storage area networking, network infrastructure, high availability and disaster recovery, and data center design.

Joe is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Master: Messaging and a Microsoft Certified Master on Exchange 2010.
