Creative Panel Solutions (CPS) is seeking an Agricultural Building Envelope Design & Project Manager to own agricultural building packages from concept through completion. Agriculture is the primary focus of this role, with SIP projects making up a significant portion of the workload.
This role works directly with customers, sales, purchasing, engineering, and production to define building envelopes, produce accurate takeoffs, manage timelines, and ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.
This is a hands-on role for someone who understands how agricultural buildings actually go together-not a generic PM or purely theoretical engineering position.
What You'll Own
Agricultural building envelope packages (walls, liners, SIPs, trims, accessories)
SIP layouts and coordination where applicable
Envelope takeoffs and scope definition
Project timelines from sales handoff to completion
Customer coordination on technical scope
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with ag customers and sales team to define complete building envelopes
Support sales with technical input during quoting
Develop layouts and generate accurate takeoffs
Coordinate engineering reviews and revisions
Manage project schedules, milestones, and scope changes
Work closely with purchasing and production to ensure buildable packages

Experience with agricultural buildings, SIPs, trusses, or building envelope systems
Strong AutoCAD skills
Ability to read structural and architectural drawings independently
Comfortable owning projects and working directly with customers
Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
PE license not required. Revit a plus but not required.

Ability to work collaboratively while taking ownership of project outcomes.
Previous experience in the construction or agricultural industry is an advantage.
