Management is horrible. Select group of "elites" that look after themselves and treat everyone else as peasants.
Getting free furniture sometimes that companies leave behind.
Tons of entry points into new tasks, great for resume building. Work life balance (if we aren't slammed)
Leadership doesn’t lead. The creative team is small and outnumbered but the inept account team
WFH mondays and fridays
