You will prepare the dough, the yeast brew, the glaze, and the fillings. Don't worry, we will make sure you know how to do all of that to become a key member of our team. A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings. * Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts * Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste. * Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
