Job DescriptionIf you love spreading joy, then this position is for you! Our Doughnut Specialist are the face of Krispy Kreme in our shops. You will get to enjoy interactions with our customers and inspire customer wonder by serving them our delectable doughnuts. Doughnut Specialist also ensure that our stores are well-ordered and inviting.
What will you do?
You will bring joy to our customers by answering questions and providing them with delicious doughnuts. You'll take orders and accept payments at the register. You'll make sure our doughnuts and all other products are made to perfection, and as fresh as possible for our guests. You'll prepare fun ingredients such as glaze, fillings, and icings. You'll also keep the shop in tip-top shape, doing things such as sweeping or mopping, cleaning the dining room/customer area, stocking and cleaning restrooms, cleaning windows, and ensuring that the exterior is clean too. Transportation Supervisor -
is responsible for the direct supervision of the DFD Route Service Representative (RSR) team assigned to their location. This will include, but is not limited to, training, staffing and day-to-day management of the RSR staff. Customer Service

Training
· Train RSRs in the use of handheld computers · Train/coach RSRs to properly complete customer orders· Train/coach RSRs to properly conduct inventory reconciliation for SBT customers· Train RSRs to professionally and appropriately interact with customers· Train RSRs to focus on positioning, cleanliness and overall appearance of in-store displays as well as appropriate product placement on displays per established planograms· Train drivers regarding product quality and out of date product removal
Safety and Sanitation
· Oversee the compliance of all safety and sanitation standards· Train drivers in safe driving practices and appropriate vehicle maintenance· Utilize the Vehicle Inspection and Damage Report Form to perform routine maintenance checks as required · Report any vehicle maintenance concerns to the District Manager, CPG Operations· Promptly and completely investigate and document vehicle accidents and/or employee injuries
Leadership

Our mission is to touch and enhance lives through the joy that is Krispy Kreme, not only in our doughnut shops but also in grocery and convenience stores.
What will you do?You'll inspire customer wonder by inspecting our doughnuts to make sure they meet all our quality and food safety standards before packing them up gently for their journey to grocery shelves. You'll also add filling, icing and other toppings like sprinkles to make them look and taste delicious. You'll help clean and maintain the work area, so it stays safe and sanitary. is responsible for the direct supervision of the DFD Route Service Representative (RSR) team assigned to their location. Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the safe, productive, and efficient operation of all activities. This involves supervising shift personnel and ensuring that all Krispy Kreme policies are strictly followed. Additionally, this position is accountable for monitoring the proper running order of all equipment and performing maintenance and repairs as necessary. Other responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
On the Move
Get ready to get moving! This role will involve carrying and lifting boxes, decorating and packing doughnuts, sweeping or mopping, communicating with customers and fellow Krispy Kremers, filing orders and using the phone. You might lift up to 75 pounds from time to time. You'll need a driver's license too.
Guest Services
Shift Supervisor serve as a role model to team members and other Krispy Kremers. They set the tone and create an environment for exceptional customer service! You will know how to handle difficult situations with customers and other matters in the shop in a professional and humble way. We want all our customers to be happy with their experience in every one of our shops! You'll also ensure all our products are up to the highest standard- the Krispy Kreme standard. You'll maintain shop organization, answer the phone, and communicate with our Support Center teams when needed.
Sales
You'll work alongside the General Manager/Assistant Manager to achieve business plan objectives and profitability, and you'll help lead sales, which can include Hot Light times, retail sales, fundraising and suggestive selling.
Production/Equipment
You'll discover ways to maximize efficiency in daily doughnut-making, and you'll understand quality control procedures and coordinate production schedules to meet guest satisfaction. You'll get to know our equipment well by inspecting it and finding any issues that need fixing.
Safety and Sanitation
Make sure the shop is clean and safe! Shoes, floors, overall cleanliness is always a top priority.
People
You'll help the General Manager/Assistant Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and all other needs, and you'll supervise shifts and demonstrate leadership.
Requirement: All managers must be available to work any and all shifts.

Transportation Supervisor -
is responsible for the direct supervision of the DFD Route Service Representative (RSR) team assigned to their location. This will include, but is not limited to, training, staffing and day-to-day management of the RSR staff. Leadership and coaching abilities, problem solving, and a commitment to teamwork are necessary for success in the role. Additionally, a clean, professional appearance, enthusiasm and customer-focused behaviors are required. Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer Service
· Daily dispatch of deliveries and fleet for assigned location within a direct store delivery network.· Delivery of orders on a as needed basis when coverage is needed. · Assigning and supervising driver personnel with a focus on safety/regulatory compliance and controlling and maintaining delivery efficiency goals while meeting or exceeding customer service level expectations.· Facilitate proof of delivery procedures established by customers and/or company and ensure compliance· Daily reconciliation of routes· Address any customer complaints/concerns or inquiries promptly and appropriately· Handle difficult customer situations professionally · Communicate and execute planned POS related to promotional activities in accounts· Communicate all product needs by effectively utilizing order management system; specifically, fluctuations due to weather, demands, promotional activity etc. daily or as required by business demands.· Audit accounts for product mix, inventory, quality of product, and store staff feedback on driver performance
Supervision
· Conduct formal and informal RSR performance evaluations with a focus on Safety, Customer Service and Efficiency, outlining:o Goalso Strengthso Opportunities· Develop action plans to achieve goals or address opportunities· Maintain schedule of “ride-withs” to evaluate driver performance· Monitor route progress daily· Verify route returns to settlement sheet· Ensure all positions are adequately staffed for daily operations and/or perform duties of any open department position as business requires.
Training
· Train RSRs in the use of handheld computers · Train/coach RSRs to properly complete customer orders· Train/coach RSRs to properly conduct inventory reconciliation for SBT customers· Train RSRs to professionally and appropriately interact with customers· Train RSRs to focus on positioning, cleanliness and overall appearance of in-store displays as well as appropriate product placement on displays per established planograms· Train drivers regarding product quality and out of date product removal
Safety and Sanitation
· Oversee the compliance of all safety and sanitation standards· Train drivers in safe driving practices and appropriate vehicle maintenance· Utilize the Vehicle Inspection and Damage Report Form to perform routine maintenance checks as required · Report any vehicle maintenance concerns to the District Manager, CPG Operations· Promptly and completely investigate and document vehicle accidents and/or employee injuries
Leadership
· Uphold an ethic of teamwork with fellow employees· Maintain a sincere, courteous demeanor with both employees and customers· Work with management to improve performance and implement new initiatives· Use good judgment and avoid risk taking while operating a company vehicle· Other duties as assigned Essential skills and Experience:· Organizational skills· Problem solving skills · Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)· Ability to supervise and coach drivers· Ability to operate delivery vehicle safely· Basic math skills· Ability to read and write· Strong interpersonal skills· Must meet Krispy Kreme driving standards (three year clean driving)· High School Diploma or Equivalent· Pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check and Motor Vehicles Report· Ability to travel up to 75% for training or coverage
