A TASTE OF WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: * Prepare all ingredients necessary for doughnut production - brew, dough, glaze, fillings, and icings. * Accurately weigh ingredients, measure liquids, mixing, and frying doughnuts * Record keeping (times and temperatures) of all products prepared to ensure freshness and reduce waste. * Maintain sanitation standards within production area to ensure proper cleanliness and smooth operation of equipment.
