We are looking to fill one position for a Principal Research Analyst - Streaming and Subscription. Nature of Work: The Principal Research Analyst contributes to the strategy of the Outdoor Sportsman Groups SVOD, Podcast, and FAST properties. Works with various teams to identify and profile audience insights, providing critical analysis and insights to decision-makers. Coordinates with Digital, Linear, FAST, Podcast, and Ad Sales Marketing to develop all Research materials and recurring literature for streaming properties including Upfront, SHOT Show, ATA, ICAST, etc. Examples of work performed:
Developing and applying sophisticated statistical and mathematical models in support of decision-making and to predict subscriptions, video usage, revenue, and user behaviors.
Developing ad-hoc analyses, distilling complex analytical results down to concise summary and presenting actionable insights to non-technical audiences.
Analyzes user behavior and creates and maintains key reports, dashboards and analyses utilizing analytics tools including but not limited to Tableau.
Creates and publishes regular weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that inform the company of trends and performance of company assets, the competition, and the industry.
Fulfills ad-hoc research requests with minimal supervision for Ad Sales, Programming, Affiliate Sales, the network's executive team, and producers.
Create a well maintained, documented and transparent reporting infrastructure that keeps all business partners updated.
Seeks ways to automate reporting for recurring data analysis.
Works closely with the Director of Research, Streaming, FAST, Podcast, and Ad Sales Marketing, to create effective positioning that differentiates OSG's portfolio in the marketplace.
Provides daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc and campaign specific insights to drive business decisions and strategy.
Provide deep customer intelligence and insight into the customer journey through touch points. Identify and implement opportunities to optimize the journey.
Build, design, and maintain efficient reporting capabilities and new KPIs that help drive business growth.
Analyze retention curves and attribution models to communicate KPIs and risks to stakeholders on all levels.

Nature of work
This position is responsible for property security and the protection and safeguarding of guests and employees. Hours for this position fluctuate depending upon arena event schedule, so the ability to work flexible hours is mandatory.

Perform Daily Warm up/Cool down routines for both training and games as required to support performance staff.
Perform Activation/Regeneration sessions as needed (at home and away)

Injury Prevention & Rehabilitation Success Rate:
Measure the percentage of athletes who remain injury-free throughout the season, as well as the recovery time and return-to-play success for injured athletes. This can help evaluate the effectiveness of prevention programs and the rehabilitation protocols implemented by the PHP team.
Track injury rate, number of injuries, type of injuries over the course of the season.
Use return-to-play data to measure recovery times for specific injuries and compare them to industry standards for similar injuries. Set goals for reducing recovery times without compromising athlete safety.
Assess RTP success rate by tracking athletes' physical testing data, MSK screen evaluations, training/GPS data, and match performance data and comparing it to pre-injury levels
Athlete Satisfaction & Communication:

Make a minimum of 90 touchpoints each day with the goal of generating new ticket revenue
Identify new business opportunities by establishing professional and personal networks Proactively seeking new leads through referrals, prospecting and networking
Meets or exceeds weekly and monthly sales and intangible goals
Conducts appointments with prospective clients
Provides phone support and follow-up of ticket sales marketing campaigns
Maintains detailed records of clients and prospects in the CRM system

Bachelor's degree in a related security field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills may be acquired.
Two to five years' experience in a venue security setting.
CPR / AED certification.
ICS 100 and 700 training certifications.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Experience in special event security and public assembly venue security highly desirable.
Ability to work a varied schedule to include evenings/nights, weekends and holidays as necessary.
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, orally and in writing, with customers, visitors and other employees at all levels.
Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of Ownership, Executives, other departments, and vendor partners.
Ability to exercise proper action and attitude in handling incidents and demands of the entertainment environment.
Considerable knowledge of interpersonal relationships unique to the service industry.
Works well with others; establishing and maintaining effective relationships with fellow coworkers and supervisors.
Presents a clean, neat professional appearance.
Knowledge of general security functions and venue facility operations highly preferred.
Knowledge of CCTV and Access control systems.
Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a Valid Colorado Driver's license and meet company vehicle driving standards
Compensation:
Base salary range $70,000 - $80,000 per annum
