No Structure, Chaos, Always Changing, Upper Management can move you within 60 miles of your home, work/life balance is terrible, 10 hours minimum each day, can easily go to 12 to 15 hours, called in on days off, resolve issues on your day off, NO JOB SECURITY. Working in some Value/Community stores you have to not only deal with managing the store and trying to get your work done, but also dealing with chasing drunks, drug addicts, homeless people out of your store - high theft, and many days where you don't feel safe.
