What You'll Do Lead & Develop a High-Performing Team * Cultivate a guest-first culture, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient * Mentor and support Shift Managers and team members through training and coaching * Empower teams by setting clear expectations, providing feedback, and leading by example * Foster open communication and collaboration across all shifts Support Operational Excellence * Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability * Monitor and manage inventory levels, vendor relationships, and cash control * Drive promotional execution, ensure food service compliance, and elevate the in-store experience * Ensure the store is clean, stocked, and aligned with RaceTrac brand standards Champion Food Safety & Compliance * Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team on food safety standards * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies * Maintain and organize required documentation for audits or inspections Drive Results Through Collaboration * Analyze reports, identify trends, and take action to improve store performance * Support team scheduling and staffing needs in coordination with the General Manager * Provide performance feedback and help drive accountability across the team What We're Looking For * 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership * 1+ year of management experience preferred * Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills * Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments * Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales Must Haves for This Role * High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed * Willing to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required) Fueled by Growth, Driven by You At RaceTrac, our people make the difference.
